I had such a lovely time staying at this property. Really accommodating and responsive hosts, they provided detailed instructions regarding check in and answered my queries promptly. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures and felt so homely. It is also nearby a mall and food places which was always handy! I’d definitely stay here again when I’m next in Florida.

Garden was beautiful and the private area with hot tub felt a like a personal hot spring oasis.

AMAZING I would definitely recommend ! One of my favorite places in FL thus far! Very close to the airport and shopping centers only 5 min walk away.

The stay was great. Had a bit of an emergency and extended my trip another day so went on air Bnb & contacted Xiomara around 7 PM. She accepted the booking, said it would take no more than an hour to get it ready for our arrival. Maybe they needed to dust or leave the mints Because the place was perfect clean, sanitary and comfortable thoroughly cleaned. Even had an aromatic diffuser goin. I’ve been to Airbnbs where people do NOT take pride in them. 1/2 ass um. Or just are lacking or not exactly like the description frankly. Private, quiet. Homely. Lots of greenery. In a residential neighborhood. Had a great walk and even washed my travel closed before I went to the airport. Convenient and very SMOOTH thought out the stay. The Place and hosts have very good energy. Book this place!

Robert was welcoming, the accommodations were private and comfortable, and there was an enclosed outdoor space where my dog and I could relax. This unit is located near many great neighborhoods in Fort Lauderdale.

The airbnb is in a quiet neighborhood, with Pompano Beach less than a 10-minute drive away. The house is absolutely lovely; spotlessly clean and even more beautiful in person than in the pictures. Karl and Bethany are exceptional hosts: clear with instructions, incredibly responsive, and always just a message away. They replied instantly whenever we had a question, making our stay seamless and stress-free. Every amenity one could think of is thoughtfully provided. From toiletries and dental kits to dumbbells, bikes, beach towels, and even beach chairs. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the dishes and utensils. One minor thing that I didn't like was that the outdoor lights near the pool automatically turn off at 10 p.m. As a night owl, I would’ve loved to chill in the pool a little later at night without disturbing anyone, which was not possible. That said, this was an outstanding Airbnb experience overall, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Def a good place to get with friends and very affordable. Just know there is a fence around the pool and it’s a very small house. Otherwise you got what u paid for and enjoyed it

My kids loved the pool. Jesse was incredibly responsive and helpful,from start to finish, making check-in and check-out seamless. The location was ideal, close to everything we needed..Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We had an amazing stay! The home was spotless, spacious, and perfect for the whole family. The host was incredibly welcoming, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. We’d absolutely stay here again! We brought fishing poles for our Tennessee family and fished off the dock. Very peaceful.

We really enjoyed our time in Pompano, our former home-away-from home, while staying in Paola and Justin’s beautiful house. The house was spotless, smelled fresh and had plenty of clean linens and towels. Great neighborhood, friendly neighbors. The hosts were helpful and responsive. The house had a gorgeous backyard with a beautiful view of the waterway, and even prettier sunsets.

Spent two weeks and totally satisfied for the large living space, comfortable bed, central quiet safe location, and the added bonus of a pool to dip into after a day at the beach. With two block proximity to the local Publix and a host of other food options in the area (Pops Fish Market is a two minute drive for fresh catch if you like to cook….broiling and steaming available if you can’t or won’t) shopping is not a problem. Deerfield beach is a short drive and is excellent….solid parking options at a couple bucks/hour and honestly the water and beach quality has always felt nicer than even Delray/Boca. The location is a great jumping off spot for exploring this part of South Florida and don’t forget the wetland conservation areas of Green Cay and Wakhadotchee just a short 20 minute drive away!

Stayed with family for a few days pre cruise and honestly we should have just stayed longer and canceled the cruise! Very nice backyard, clean house and surprisingly quiet for the area. We really enjoyed our stay and will be coming back!

We had a great stay at Karen’s place! The views really were beautiful and the condo was very comfy. The A/C worked well and kept it cool inside even when it was roasting outside. Karen’s communication was great. There was no soap for the shower when we arrived but Karen responded and brought us extra shower soap/shampoo/conditioner very promptly. The property is right by the beach as advertised and the heated pool was a nice additional amenity. There was plenty of room for us on the beach throughout our stay. There were also plenty of beach towels provided to last us through our stay. We also LOVED the couch and recliner in the condo. Both were very comfortable! Though the property has a nice view of the beach and ocean, it’s a bit too far to actually listen to the ocean waves. Also important to note that even though it looks like it has a balcony, it actually is just the public walkway between condos. You can still sit out there if you’d like, but it is not a private balcony.

My sister and I stayed here for the weekend. We booked last minute due to a family emergency. Emmy and Jay were very responsive and kind during communication. From the moment I arrived, this Airbnb exceeded every expectation. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything I could possibly need. The host clearly put so much care into creating a comfortable, serene retreat — I instantly felt at home. The surroundings were nice and private, we enjoyed having coffee and wine on the balcony, making it the perfect getaway to relax, recharge, and disconnect from the everyday hustle. The WiFi was great for work and loved the loving room, it was so cozy. I especially appreciated the little touches — from the soft linens and well-equipped kitchen to the clear instructions and easy check-in process. Every detail was on point. My sister and i even took pics of things we wanted to find online to buy for our own home. Book it! you will love it

Initially I was skeptical knowing it was an older motel back in the day BUT for 1-2 people who will be out and about most of the day THIS is PERFECT! All amenities as stated. Walk to restaurants one block/ across the street. Relatively quiet for where it is located. Todd and Cecile responded promptly when I asked questions and she let me check out an hour later with no problem. It was great!

Thank you as everything was as stated or better. You really pay attention to details. We will stay again in the future.

We had a lovely time staying at Island Nest. When we arrived it was clean, with great amenities and the A/C was on. It was a great location close to the beach, restaurants and every you'll need for your vacation. I highly recommend and would stay again.

The apartment is nice and clean. The grounds are beautiful with heated pool and lounge chairs overlooking the canal. The beach is 5-10 minutes walk. The host went above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable. Perfect place to relax and unwind.

We rented 2 units for a full week stay. Unit 3 & 4, which are the 1 bedroom units. They were both super clean and as described. We really enjoyed fishing off the dock and watching the boats. Short walk to the beach. Even though we brought our own beach supplies, each unit was stocked with a beach wagon, beach chairs, and four beach towels. There is a shared washing machine and dryer that was available without issues. Marilyn was very responsive if I needed to reach out. My only wish is that they kept a few more bath towels / wash cloths for a full week stay. We would definitely stay here again if we vacation in South Fl.
