Jim and Joseph have curated such a special space - every detail is absolutely considered and they are lovely, relaxed (yet fully available) hosts. They've preserved its rich history and charm (loved reading up on the history and design journey in the guest binder) while also providing modern comforts. The view is beautiful, the garden is a haven and the cottage apartment is unbelievably cozy. Jerome is an incredible place and this historic nook reflects it. My fiance, our pup and I are so grateful that they offer this space for travelers like us. Thank you!

Being off grid, we must save power and water at night almost unlimited power in the daytime Hot water shower in daytime only (7am-7pm) due to solar power use. No exceptions. Towels are NOT provided.

Vicki’s place was wonderful! It was centrally located and easy to access. The sign for the casita was on the ground, so we had a small moment of difficulty finding the entrance. But once we did it was flawless! The space was super cute and comfortable. It was clean and had great amenities. We would definitely stay here again!

Shae’s place was nice . The outside appeared kind of sketch which made question if I was at the right place. There is no tv, which was fine for us. Also the sheets smelled like men’s cologne. Overall it was a good stay!

We really enjoyed Joshua’s place with my family. Place was clean, had all the amenities and a wonderful game room. There was an issue with no running water in the home when we arrived and had to face some challenges. However, the hosts were very responsive and made the water delivery happen that night and refunded the money for the first night. While there was an issue what we liked was very responsive host. The overall, place is very nice.

Our stay at the Hidden Courtyard was very nice; the casita is very clean, quiet, cozy and comfortable. The location is very close to all of the great hiking trails on the 89A side of Sedona (West Sedona); it is also very close to Old Town Cottonwood and the Verde River (in addition to hiking in Sedona, we also hiked the Jail Trail in Old Town Cottonwood, which was very nice). The casita is fully furnished, to include a (very) full kitchen, which had everything we needed, and then some. We very much enjoyed eating our meals in the courtyard, which was also fully furnished. Lastly, yes, we also used the hot tub, which was a very nice touch. Many thanks to ALL!

Awesome views from the rooftop. Perfect for stargazing and relaxing. Close to attractions and food spots. Pillows could be fluffier, some lights a bit dim, a bunch of outlets were loose and couldn’t a hold a plug in. Otherwise a great stay and worth it for the views and location.

We had a fantastic stay, house was perfect size for all of us. Kids loved the bunk bed room. We loved that it had open space for family activities, but also plenty of personal space to do your own thing and the king beds in most rooms. Marti was great and answered any questions we had fairly quick.

Our family had a short day trip to Sedona and I found this amazing place to stay. It was a great deal, good location. very spacious bedrooms, bathrooms and living room. Very close to shopping and restaurants. We'll definitely stay her again down the road. I highly recommend. The hosts were great and easy to communicate with!

We just went for one night I wished we had planned another night! The place was so nice and close to the pool! We had our 19 year old granddaughter and her friend and they to really loved the place! It was so clean and we enjoyed having a fire in the evening and watching a movie together! We would stay there again and hope to in the future! Jenny and Ania were always so sweet and quick to respond!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!!
