WOW! What a slice of heaven! Laura and family are the nicest hosts and you feel right at home. The cabin is so cozy and they truly have thought of everything. location is fantastic. Craftsmanship of the cabin is phenomenal! Beautiful scenery, nice and private. Hot tub and outdoor spaces were our favorite. We loved seeing the milky way! Convenient to Zion, just could not have asked for a better stay! 5 stars all around! Thanks guys!!!!!

This is my second time staying at the Buffalo Pointe Inn. Alice made sure the place was spotless and I noticed there were some upgrades in the room from last year which was nice! She gave us our privacy but assured us she was just one message away to help. Great stay in Williams, I highly recommend!

We felt very at home, breakfast was fabulous and the room included so many little extras, we just loved it. Very helpful advice also!

We arrived very late after our dinner. When we entered the house, it was totally out of our expectation. The whole house is awesome, well decorated showing the good taste of the owner. The next morning, we spent couple of hours to enjoy the peaceful neighborhood and beautiful house. It's clean. Everything is where it should be and well organized. We even enjoyed the massage bed...haha. We feel it worth every penny we spent for the night. Highly recommended.

The home is very roomy. It was convenient for our daily Lake Powell trips. Back yard was under construction which was fine for us because we didn’t need it anyway. Lots of rooms and bathrooms made it nice for all of our adult children. Never ran out of hot water which was great! Ample boat/trailer parking.

During the 3 weeks of my trip to the United States, Sedona was the most comfortable and happiest. There is a kitchen and a living room, and you can enjoy meditation in the spacious yard, and there are trails nearby. If you want a simple and quiet healing time, come to Fabiola and Jacob's accommodation. I recommend it I hope I have another chance to go.

Karen and Bruce were phenomenal hosts, Karen made sure we were well informed with what was going on around town, things to do. Karen provided fantastic instructions on how to use the facilities. Karen also went above and beyond, in helping us make the most of our visit to Sedona, and because of her helping us, we were privileged to be a part of Unci Rita's 100th Birthday Celebration. I will be forever grateful for Karen in helping us get more information of the Birthday celebration. Last but not least, Cassie was amazing! Will definitely repeat if I get a chance to go to Sedona again.

They were so kind and made me feel right at home. The bed was really comfortable, and I slept super well. Breakfast was a treat-delicious homemade granola, a yogurt parfait with fresh homemade lemon curd, and an awesome omelette. Everything was thoughtful and made with care. I’d happily stay again!

Long story short: Kris sets the gold standard for B&Bs. Communication beforehand and during our stay was easy. The house is as shown in the pictures, and everything is really, really clean. We felt at home from the moment we walked in. Kris cares a lot about her guests and had a lot of great recommendations for activities in the area. The breakfast is creative, varied and delicious. We can recommend it 100%!

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at this incredible AirBNB, and I couldn't be more thrilled with my choice! From the moment I arrived, the hosts made me feel right at home—so welcoming and attentive, they truly went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. The location was simply stunning; I woke up every morning to breathtaking views. Whether it was the lush surroundings or the panoramic scenery, it was pure paradise. One of the highlights of the property was the beautiful porch with cozy daybeds, perfect for lounging and bird watching. I spent hours relaxing there, watching all kinds of birds flutter by while soaking in the serene atmosphere. The property itself was beautifully maintained, with every detail thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. The peaceful vibe made it easy to unwind and enjoy nature's beauty. I can't wait to stay here again. I am so happy I picked this place—it's definitely a hidden gem! Highly recommend!

This bed and breakfast was perfect in every way! The bed is super comfy, there’s a mini fridge and microwave, and fridge full of refreshments in the main kitchen. The homemade baked goods are so delicious, and breakfast was yummy as well! The location is ideal, really short walk into uptown Sedona. I’d highly recommend for small families or couples.

This stay was everything we wanted and more! The experience hanging out in the hogan was unique and cozy. We spent half the night laying under the stars, an excellent location with little light pollution! Don’t forget to bring pillows for the cots and tea/hot chocolate, as the hogan has a kettle and we kept that thing going all night long! Definitely use Richardson as a guide for antelope canyon. You’ll get a private experience, much better than the “Disney-like” experience you’ll get doing a larger tour group.

Kris was a great host. Friendly helpful with tips for restaurants and thinks to see. The overlook a few blocks down her street was awesome with views to the marina, lake Powell and the river. Perfect location - walkable distance to shops but far enough to enjoy quiet nights. The room was very cozy and the breakfast options were phenomenal. Highly recommend.

The views and energy from this area are amazing, Richard was very responsive and helpful. Due to the location, our phones were changing time zones, I messed up and thought it was later and we left before the traditional breakfast, our fault and that was our only regret. Loved the rustic camping feel and great experience, so peaceful. Just mind the time zones :)

Excellent location, 5 min walk to the uptown area. The rooms are renovated and very spacious. Absolutely stunning view from breakfast room. Owner of the place was super accommodating with a lot of great advices about places to visit. However, Oak Greek room is adjacent to the dining room/common area. You will hear noises, smells from the kitchen and guest conversations. Make sure that you are an early bird and be prepared to be awake around 6:30 or 7 am when work begins in the kitchen.
