The home is at one of Floridas highest elevation points sitting 40ft above sea level which gives you an incredible view of the Indian River. The house is great. This is a great time and I would suggest a lot of my friends to come to this house because it has a pool, a hot tub and everything that you need to have fun and have a good time. And the host Jennifer is very well at communicating and she knows how to text back quickly. I will be suggesting this house to others.

We loved our stay with the Kokomo! It was beautiful and simply “cool looking”. The beautiful view of the water was unbeatable. Seeing dolphins swim right next to our dock, was the highlight of every morning. Just keep in mind that you are on a boat, so when large waves come, it does rock a little and could make you feel dizzy, but otherwise it’s fantastic! Chase, our host, was very quick to reply with any questions we had. Would highly recommended the Kokomo to any other guests!

Would absolutely stay here again! I booked for my parents and grandma to stay here and unfortunately my dad had to go to the E.R. for a knee injury - Abraham and Julie was very responsive and helped with late check-in and helped my parents get inside and offered suggestions for where to get a wheelchair. The property was beautifully decorated and well-kept, clean and tidy. They enjoyed their stay, coming to the house after a long day of travel and the E.R. was welcoming and relaxing. It was a pleasure to have Abraham and Julie as hosts! Thanks so much for taking care of my family!
