Orchard House was a great place to stay for a half term family break. It was a lovely calm base for us with everything we needed and it’s a lovely area to explore.

Farriers Barn near Stiffkey, Norfolk coast

GavinRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Loved my few days in Cockthorpe. Lovely peaceful location, nice walks for the dog straight out the door, great garden to relax in and everything you could need in the house. Only a few minutes from the coast with beaches 15mins away and multiple great stores and cafes within a few miles. Great communication from the host and if you see Stuart you may even get some fresh eggs from the hens at the bottom of the garden

A charming converted Wood Shed in unique setting

Superb cottage. Compact but everything we needed. Spotlessly clean. Private, ample parking. Peaceful and so very relaxing. Close to the places we love to visit in North Norfolk and no traffic jams. Probably the best we have stayed in.

A rare Stiffkey find -Ample parking & dog friendly

AlexRating, 5 stars1 month ago
This was our second stay at the property, as we are very fond of the location. Stiffkey is a charming village with an excellent local pub, The Red Lion, which serves high-quality food. The house is ideally situated near our dog's two favourite beaches, Wells and Holkham. The property features a good-sized garden and is set within attractive grounds. The house matches the description provided; it is spacious, comfortable, and includes two large double bedrooms. As noted by the owner, Tom, the kitchen is compact but fully equipped with all necessary appliances. While it may be less suited for preparing large family meals, it is perfectly adequate for everyday use. Our decision to return for a second visit reflects the quality and appeal of the property.

We had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful, spacious with a big garden. Comfortable beds. We could explore North Norfolk easily thanks to the very complete guide book left by the hosts. Many thanks and we would gladly return another time.

Galloway barn, high quality barn conversion

BradRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Galloway Barn in Warham was as described on the website. The barn was well presented and equipped, great kitchen and bathrooms which were clean and comfortable. The property was set in a beautiful rural location only 10 minutes by car to Wells; so it was easy to get around the North Norfolk coastline. The barn was very private and the enclosed garden was safe for our dogs. We would recommend Galloway Barn to others in need of a quiet retreat in beautiful surroundings.

Hope Cottage- Flint cottage close to Morston Quay.

AndrianaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had a very relaxing stay at Hope Cottage in the Easter holidays with our two kids. It is a spacious home, spotlessly clean, with a beautiful garden which can be enjoyed from the conservatory if the weather isn’t cooperating. The kitchen is very well equipped for self catering and the extra treats - fresh flowers in the bedrooms, Prosecco and home made jam and chutney in the fridge on arrival - really made it special. Jill and Peter were friendly and helpful but never intrusive. The cottage is well located to explore north Norfolk and the walk to Blakeney along the coastal path is gorgeous and accessible to kids. Only disappointment was that the Anchor is closed - hopefully not forever. Thank you Peter and Jill.
