Nice house with spectacular panoramic views. Good location with connectivity to exit towards Viña del Mar or Concón. The facilities are very comfortable inviting to rest, a good read or just enjoy the scenery. 100% recommended. Very concerned and friendly host to provide any help that is needed.

Javier as host is a super attentive and friendly 100/10, when arriving in Valparaíso I had an inconvenience with check-in and I help me without any problem, I was able to enjoy his Airbnb together with my partner which is beautiful, located in a very quiet place in Valparaíso and very beautiful, it has a terrace that has a very nice view as well as its bedroom that overlooks the sea, the house has everything you need to arrive, enjoy and rest. It is no more than thank you for the good disposition of Javier who together with his wife made my stay wonderful, I felt like at home and rest more than I expected, a wonderful place to rest.

Carlos' instructions were clear and he was attentive at all times if we needed anything. Check-in was very simple and there was no problem with the accommodation. It has many extra things that are useful for spending time (such as board games, books, etc.), it is very close to the beach and located in a very nice area of Viña. The only thing (which is not Carlos' fault, in fact he helped us book the pool) is that if you want to use the pool, come for several days and plan well, since we booked very hastily and it just happened to coincide with the cleaning. Other than that, I'd go back to the apartment, great for couples🥰.

This is probably one of the best apartments we've rented by Airbnb. Communication with Andrés was always excellent. He was always proactive and providing solutions to the minimal things. Something that I must highlight is the cleanliness of the place. On occasion we have rented places that have been really dirty. This is not the case, the apartment was spotless, something we always valued for getting tired of traveling, and the last thing you want is to clean up. Honestly, the photos don't do justice to how beautiful the apartment is, let alone in sight that it is simply spectacular. Modern building, spacious bathroom, bed is perfect, super functional kitchen with breakfast and an impeccable new refrigerator. Another detail, the staff working in the building is very kind, I know this does not depend on who rents but is another point in favor. We'll definitely be back as soon as we can. Ten points for this apartment!

Christians B&B was on a perfect location with a large kitchen, gorgeous view, a big bedroom en a very nice balcony but after we arrived we discovered that the internet was not working. We contacted Christian and he immediately called us. It turned out that the internet company did not show up that day to fix it. Christian offered us to move to his other apartment on the other side of the street where the internet was working. This apartment was even nicer than the one we booked! What a very good service and we really enjoyed our stay!! thanks again Christian!!!

The apartment is just like described and shown in photos. Super complete in kitchen and bathrooms, clean and nice. Great view from the balcony to the sea and with a garage. The communication was perfect so much with Joaquín and his father that he kindly welcomed us the day we arrived that it was a late time.

Susana was always attentive to everything. We need another heater at night and I don't hesitate to bring it in at night. In addition, I want to emphasize the cleanliness, of the entire apartment, and above all that I always check are the pillow covers, sheets and bathroom. And everything was perfect washed and perfumed. I would come back without hesitation

But away the best of our stay was the attention of Gloria, a lovely person, always attentive and loving, who made us feel at home. Their warmth and disposition made a difference. It exceeded my expectations. Very good location with a lovely terrace and beautiful view. The tempered pool was the extra point since we were on cold days and the kids really enjoyed it. The building terrace was also wonderful and you could buy juices, cafes, and lunch right there. Straight down to the beach, down the funicular, across the street. Camila was a great host, very communicative and clear in the directions, flexible with our requests, a 10 of 10 in every way.
