The truth is that the accommodation met our expectations, since it has everything to make you comfortable and more. Francisco has been in all the details, we were more than satisfied and looking forward to returning soon. And above all, your cordiality, which we value very much. We will be back !

Beautiful apartment with an excellent view. She has all the comforts what made our stay very pleasant.

Among the very best places we have stayed out of over 100 worldwide. The very best equipped of any place. This apartment has everything you could think to need. The view of the Pacific Ocean and down the coast to Vina Del Mar and Valparaisowas astounding. The apartment is on the 19th floor. We slept every night with the soothing sounds of the waves. The patios were beautiful with glass walls that slide completely open. The beds and pillows were top quality comfortable. The walk-in shower was wonderful. Everything about the apartment was fantastic from sharp knives in the kitchen to a big Samsung smart TV in the sala. It was easy to travel into Valparaiso by bus (.70) or Uber ($12). Several very nice restaurants and pubs within walking distance. A superb one right outside the front door. Very secure and safe area in a new building. It is nicer than we imagined and worth every penny if you enjoy the good things in life.

Kevin's apartment exceeded our very nice expectations, great view, uncertain in a very safe and residential neighborhood, plus it is fully equipped to enjoy what you need. Serca there are cafes about a 10-minute walk away, especially to go to enjoy very rich breakfasts. we look forward to returning if an opportunity arises. slds. Mauritius and Natalia.

Depto. very rich and very good view and location; communication with Katherine very fast and everything is clear. That we would have liked that there was a bath carpet to get out of the shower, outside of that, everything was very good! We would stay again

I loved the accommodation, the host's service was great, the place was beautiful, the view from the balcony was very nice. Everything was tidy and clean, access was very easy, private parking, residential neighborhood, a great cafeteria nearby, the supermarket a few blocks away and the dunes too. We were able to use the heated pool in the facilities. We were two couples and we had a great time. Perhaps the only aspect to improve is that it would be good to have a couple more cooking utensils, bowls/salad bowls, and perhaps salt and sugar, but the truth is that despite that, it was a great stay and an extremely comfortable place to rest and disconnect. The beds were very comfortable, and although I missed watching TV lying down, the truth is that it helped me to rest completely haha Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!!

This is the 4th time we have stayed in these apartments, the place is quiet and the view is wonderful, the apartment is clean and has everything you could need, but this time I want to highlight the host, who despite the fact that we had a 5 hour difference was always attentive to any need we had and always maintained great communication.

I would recommend Tommas’ condo to anyone looking to visit Valparaiso! The area was safe and had walkable bars and restaurants nearby and even a cafe on the street level floor of the building. Tommas was responsive and helpful. We accidentally deadbolted the door and locked ourselves out the first night (don’t ask, tired travelers lol) and Tommas quickly sent a friend over with a special key to get us back into the condo even though it was late at night. It had a spectacular view, comfortable beds, in-building laundry and was just what we needed after our 4-day Inca trek in Peru. We felt as though we had stepped into another universe! Could not recommend more.

Claudio's place worked perfectly for our party of two couples. We had privacy with two bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as useful and comfortable shared space in the kitchen, living room, and 2nd floor patio. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare breakfasts and most dinners over the course of 5 days. We enjoyed the convenience of having breakfast at the central counter in the kitchen and the pleasure of having dinner on the patio with comfortable chairs and a view of the peaceful, shared, c courtyard. We loved the location and walked every day to enjoy the touristed areas and neighborhoods. It worked well to use Uber to get to Pablo Neruda's house, La Sebastiana, and to walk back along Ave. Alemania. A convenience store was just a 4 minute walk away. Parking was very secure inside a locked gate with surveillance, and the security guys were helpful and polite from check-in to departure. They buzz you in as soon as they see you approach the pedestrian gate once they know you.

An incredible accommodation, with everything you need for a quiet stay. A fully equipped house with everything you need to enjoy your stay, in a very quiet neighborhood. Francisco was attentive to us all the time, every question was always answered as soon as possible and in the clearest way possible, which helped us a lot and left us very calm.

The house is very nice and practical and well organized for guests. The condominium is very safe and entertaining to go with children!

Constanza was always attentive to ensure we had a beautiful stay. The accommodation is impeccable and has everything you need to spend a luxury vacation, with all the amenities when cooking, showering or spending a moment of relaxation and entertainment. The location's easy access and proximity to family-friendly and quiet beaches were a plus when enjoying the sea. It certainly exceeded our expectations!!! A 10 out of 10 for every service and comfort offered!!

We loved staying at Condominio polo maitencillo. Such a great place for a family to go and enjoy the space, the house was extremely beautiful, clean, and they had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

We stayed 4 nights and the house was very comfortable, as shown in the photos and in the description, the patio is wonderful, we enjoyed the quincho, sauna, jacuzzi and pool.

It was a pleasure to stay here. The house is very nice and the balcony has a good view of the sea. The neighborhood has access to many restaurants and mini markets and you can walk to the beach if you want… the kitchen has everything you need. Luis and Aida are very kind. Perfect for a weekend in Viña Del Mar!
