Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Cochoa

Everything is just like in the photos, a beautiful place, it had all the amenities that one could need, both hosts responded quickly and kindly, we loved it ❤️

The house is more beautiful than seen by photos, it has a closed quincho (although it also has windows) and is next to the house, it has several old decoration details, it has all the kitchen utensils (there is no need to carry anything), Valentina and Gladys are very friendly and respond quickly any concerns, with security we will return

Accommodation that is foolproof, the place is comfortable, cozy, has all the necessary amenities, heating, very well-equipped kitchen, perfect terrace with barbecue, the area is very quiet and private, and Raúl is a 7, always attentive and very friendly. We'll definitely be back.

This place is a Bohemian gem. I has a great view of the Bay from the patio, the neighborhood is full of art and murals and restaurants. Good Internet, hot showers, great views. Potential downsides: has thin walls with the (respectful) neighbors, so I can't recommend it as honeymoon suite. Neighborhood has lots of hills and stairs, so not ideas for the immobile or aging.

Excellent house a few minutes from Reñaca beach! We stayed only one night but it quietly makes you want to stay several more days because of the quality of the house! We will definitely be back! Thank you

Javier as host is a super attentive and friendly 100/10, when arriving in Valparaíso I had an inconvenience with check-in and I help me without any problem, I was able to enjoy his Airbnb together with my partner which is beautiful, located in a very quiet place in Valparaíso and very beautiful, it has a terrace that has a very nice view as well as its bedroom that overlooks the sea, the house has everything you need to arrive, enjoy and rest. It is no more than thank you for the good disposition of Javier who together with his wife made my stay wonderful, I felt like at home and rest more than I expected, a wonderful place to rest.

We loved our stay at the house. Gonzalo was a very kind, available and helpful host, he even allowed us to bring pets at the last minute. The house is spacious, comfortable and better than in the photos, ideal for large groups like ours (there were 9 of us). Everything was impeccable and we felt at home. We would definitely come back!

Host Soledad, very friendly, responds quickly and gives great industry recommendations. In addition, we went with our one year old baby and Soledad arranged the crib next to the bed (you can see that it is a new crib, excellent quality, with impeccable and quality bedding as well), even in the same crib he left a gift for him. I would really recommend this place a thousand times and we will definitely come back.

Excellent everything! From the comfort of the Dto, the location and that magnificent view with the gulls flying around that catches you. It has all the utensils you need in the kitchen. Daniela is always very cordial and attentive to my inquiries, we will be back!

This is the 4th time we have stayed in these apartments, the place is quiet and the view is wonderful, the apartment is clean and has everything you could need, but this time I want to highlight the host, who despite the fact that we had a 5 hour difference was always attentive to any need we had and always maintained great communication.

I loved the accommodation, the host's service was great, the place was beautiful, the view from the balcony was very nice. Everything was tidy and clean, access was very easy, private parking, residential neighborhood, a great cafeteria nearby, the supermarket a few blocks away and the dunes too. We were able to use the heated pool in the facilities. We were two couples and we had a great time. Perhaps the only aspect to improve is that it would be good to have a couple more cooking utensils, bowls/salad bowls, and perhaps salt and sugar, but the truth is that despite that, it was a great stay and an extremely comfortable place to rest and disconnect. The beds were very comfortable, and although I missed watching TV lying down, the truth is that it helped me to rest completely haha Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!!

I would recommend Tommas’ condo to anyone looking to visit Valparaiso! The area was safe and had walkable bars and restaurants nearby and even a cafe on the street level floor of the building. Tommas was responsive and helpful. We accidentally deadbolted the door and locked ourselves out the first night (don’t ask, tired travelers lol) and Tommas quickly sent a friend over with a special key to get us back into the condo even though it was late at night. It had a spectacular view, comfortable beds, in-building laundry and was just what we needed after our 4-day Inca trek in Peru. We felt as though we had stepped into another universe! Could not recommend more.
