Jaunpablo's place was very nice, clean and comfortable. We stayed there for 2 and a half months. It is close to the bus terminal and supermarkets. The apartment block has pool and common areas that we used. The people in the building were very friendly. Jaunpablo was a very nice host, always approachable and responsive. We were in Vina during the forest fires, both Jaunpablo and building concierge gave us important information and helped us during the crisis. I would highly recommend staying at Jaunpablo's place when you visit Vina del mar.

The apartment, its facilities, location and hostess are definitely one of the best experiences I've had. Vale is super kind and always willing and concerned, warm at all times and concerned to no end. Definitely a home I would always return to. The house is beautiful, spacious, comfortable and with a wonderful temperature thanks to the fact that it retains the heat of the sun and when there is no sun the forest does its job of tempering very well (we went in autumn). The view is spectacular and can be enjoyed at all times, either outside on the terrace or inside from the living room. It is in a wonderful, quiet environment, with several walks that can be done in nature. There is a forest next door, a beach and a walk to the lighthouse, all within walking distance. It is a place to relax and return refreshed. Our dogs enjoyed it as much as we did. For lovers of nature and tranquility, it is a dream place.

Jaky is an excellent host, very friendly and clear. She also recommended great places to visit. The apartment was spotless and had everything. Very good experience.

Centrally located place steps to the beach and food venues, pubs and supermarket. The sector is safe and pleasant, very walkable both day and night.

We loved this apartment so much we extended our stay. It is in a secure building. The apartment is on the 16th floor and has a great view. We enjoyed the balcony. It was very clean with a comfortable bed and bedding. We had everything we needed for cooking our meals. We really liked using the washing machine. We walked or took a city bus everywhere. There is a Unimarc around the corner and lots of great restaurants nearby.

Perfect apartment for one or two people. 4 would be fairer, but also. All very clean, modern and comfortable furnishings. Very comfortable to be there. Good location, close to Av Valparaiso with all its shops. Subway and micros right in front of the building. The height of the apartment gives it a nice view.

The apartment is located in the perfect area for the needs we had, we moved on foot between the different activities, excellent. Safe area with all services at hand. Access to the garage is just a little confusing, but when you understand it, there are no difficulties. I highly recommend it

The apartment is amazing. Very clean, tidy, and cozy. It had everything for a quiet, relaxed and cheerful stay. Very quiet building, with plenty of privacy, security, with various common spaces (swimming pool, quincho, gardens, etc). Francisco is very concerned, respectful, and attentive. Before our arrival, he gave us very clear and precise instructions. It's nice to be in such good properties and with a reception as excellent as Francisco's. Congratulations!
