Varustukseen kuuluu jääkaappi, mikro, kahvin-ja vedenkeitin, leivänpaahdin, astiat, aterimet, sekä suuri patio, pyyhkeet ja petivaatteet. Aidot puulattiat, tilava suihku, mukava sänky ja upea näkymä järvelle sekä vuorille. Oma sisäänkäyntimme on talon toiselta puolelta, joten yksityisyys on taattu.

The location is fantastically beautiful: on the lake, very quiet and yet in the middle of the historic town center. Directly below the castle and only 20 minutes by car from the Nürburgring or the Moselle. Renovated in 2021 and equipped for 6-10 people on three floors with a small wellness area and lockable parking space for your bicycles.

In the quietest part of the Eifel is our fresh, cheerful Restaurant. Around Arbach there is a lot of greenery with many possibilities for hiking, mountain biking, wine tasting, visiting castles and cultural activities In the garden, you can enjoy the fresh pond with swimming stairs. The restaurant serves breakfast and dinner (with the very best Pizza's in Germany!) If you have raised your dog properly, you can of course take him with you and then walk into the woods!

The house is in the immediate vicinity of the world-famous Loreley. Explore the wonderful hiking trails that start right outside our door. This apartment is on the top of our small cottage in the high-altitude district of Zell-Barl. Equipped with a shower room and a kitchen with all the necessary utensils (fridge, hob, pots/pans, microwave, kettle, dishes, sink), the apartment offers everything for everyday needs. A shopping center is relaxed on foot and reachable by car. Equally easily accessible are many hiking trails, historic towns and recreational opportunities in the area.

The spacious apartment with a view offers enough space for the family. It offers a beautiful view of the Rhine River and is only 300 meters walk to the Rhine Bridge. Plenty of space and coziness to linger. The quiet location in the vineyards, between forests and castles offers the possibility for walks, excursions and hikes. The sanitary area is equipped with a shower and a bathtub. A small storage room and private parking is also provided.

Two parking spaces are available directly at the house.

Historic Skipper House in Old Town

Enjoy a journey back in time! The two medieval skipper's houses are located directly on the old market square and are connected inside. Each room has its own modern bathroom! You can relax under large lime trees after a hike on the Rheinsteig and sample the town's excellent wines. The holiday flat is also very conveniently located for attending a concert on the Loreley open-air stage!

Supermarkets (5 min) , a bank (5 min), a pharmacy (20 sec), the Bundeswehr Central Hospital BWZK (7 min) and the University of Koblenz (2 min) are within walking distance. Parking is available on request right in front of the house. Free also in the side streets.
