Cottage holiday rentals in Coatham Mundeville

Sundial is a beautiful cottage, central to Skelton. The cottage is comfortable and has the convenience of a downstairs and upstairs bathroom / shower and a separate utility room. I booked Sundial for the hot tub and this feature didn’t disappoint. A superb way of relaxing after a busy day. We visited Saltburn (walkable along the Cleveland way) and Whitby (I highly recommend the Park & Ride). Before coming home I drove to Marske-on-sea where my dogs and I enjoyed a gorgeous walk along the wide, open beach. Marske has a dog friendly cafe (The dog house) if any dog lovers are reading this review!

what an absolutely amazing place to visit, with one of the moat picturesque views of the Yorkshire Dale anyone could wish from right in the backgarden. the cottage is spotless and has everything you could want for a break away.

Beautiful cottage a few streets away from the centre of Richmond up a fairly steep hill. Double yellow lines outside the cottage but plenty of parking on the street diagonally opposite. The cottage has a double bedroom downstairs and another upstairs.... original features throughout with a modern twist. The little courtyard at the back was pretty and the hot tub was an added bonus that was very private. You will need flip flops though as the courtyard is covered in pebbles. It would be nice if darker coloured towels were provided for when using the hot tub. We arrived to find a gift of a bottle of sparkling wine and biscuits which was a really kind gesture but a small carton of milk would have also been welcomed. It was a self check in which was easy but it would have been nice to see some sort of useful information booklet within the property showing recommendations of pubs,restaurants and other useful local numbers. All in all a beautiful stay can't wait to revisit .... thanks Hannah

Back at Ivy Cottage again, we had another great stay. We love the hut tub and pool table, and plenty of space for everyone. Thanks Jane.

Lovely cottage in a great location. Walking the surrounding area from the house was great and very near to a pub and tearoom which both served great food. The hot tub was an added bonus!

Oh my goodness, this place is a dream! We had the best stay here, the cottage is just beautiful!! The views, hot tub, facilities and just everthing creates the most amazing stay. Catherine was absolutely fantastic at messaging us and being super responsive :) Honestly cannot recommend this place enough…

Lovely cottage well located for exploration of North Yorkshire. The place is perfect for long or short stays, giving you a fully equipped kitchen, ample living and dining space and comfortable and cosy bedrooms. There are also plenty of entertainment options for rainy days in, plus a nearby shop and pubs should you be needing to stay local. Well worth a stay here!

we were very impressed with Nicholas house very clean and equipped every thing we needed was there and more Location was great close to restrauants and Thirsk where we had lunch . could not fault it Will definitely go again

Stayed for a couple of nights to explore the Dales. Lovely, cute cottage with everything you’d need. Private garden was ideal for the dog to stretch his legs and some fantastic walks literally from the doorstep. Carole was always on hand for advice and local knowledge! Would definitely come back and stay again

Had a great stay at Delia's beautiful house, comfortable and stylish with everything that we needed, in a great location in Stokesly, with shops pubs and bars all a minute or two walk away, but set back on a green so really peacefull, great garden too. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Bruce and Anita’s beautiful cottage and from start to finish their communication was excellent.. on arrival Anita had baked some beautiful whole meal bread and had bought us a lovely chocolate cake , and we were welcomed by lovely music on the Alexa .. Archie our Airedale terrier also loved the treats they left for him . The cottage was enchanting , pristine a beautiful enclosed garden for Archie and had everything we needed for our 3 day stay .. the views were breathtaking and it was so peaceful , quiet and the village and river were within walking distance. Hubby is a keen birdwatcher and enjoyed the conversation with Anita about all the birds within the location and was impressed they had 7 swift bird boxes .. Anita , Bruce and their beautiful dogs ( 3 rough collies) cottage comes highly recommended and we hope to revisit soon x Thankyou

The cottage was beautiful, very clean and had everything you need to feel like home from home. The area is very easy to get to but feels like you are deep in the countryside. Will definitely return on my next trip to UK. 10/10

I managed to book this at the hottest weekend with my dog that doesn’t do heat! Matthew and Jess were brilliant, they provided a fan, ice pops for us and the dog! They thought of everything and fabulous recommendations. Sadly my dog was not well and we had to leave almost as soon as we had arrived to get to my vets The place was gorgeous though, will definitely try to go back when it’s cooler!

We had an amazing week it was perfect for the dogs straight out to the Valley Gardens and a good sized, secure garden. Amenities were close to hand including train station and bus stops we didn’t use the car all week. Stunning walks and friendly bars and cafes. The Outlook was an amazing property we can’t recommend it enough. Also check out the spa hotel 🥹

what a beautiful cottage. Decorated perfectly, cozy and quaint. we walked every day from the cottage. It's perfectly placed. The sun room was perfect to chill in on a summers evening. Comfortable bed which is always needed after long days I the sun

What a great house, had everything we needed, is modern but still cosy, great pizza place (knead a slice) nearby, and fab tea room on the square. Beautiful local walks - deer park, binchester roman fort by the river. Thoroughly recommend and highly enjoyable!

We had a lovely stay at The Hayloft while visiting my sister who lives nearby. We love the area and the cottage is in a lovely peaceful location away from the main road and with footpaths on the doorstep. We had lots of great days out revisiting places like Richmond, Barnard Castle and Deepdale Wood and Raby Castle. The cottage was very clean, cosy and well equipped with a lovely view of the fields from the bedroom and a beautiful private garden. The bathroom has also been updated really nicely since the photos were taken for the listing and really exceeded expectations. Thank you for an amazing break. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

Beautiful place has everything you could need for a chilled weekend with friends, would highly recommend, so cozy with stunning views and right by the river which was a great little dog walk. We enjoyed the bbq and chiminea, also EV charger in the back was a big plus for us!

Lovely cottage in a really peaceful location not far from saltburn and many other coastal spots. The cottage was spotless and comfortable, the welcome basket was such a great touch and the kitchen came with everything we could need. Clear communication from the start, the only downside was we weren't staying longer.

Bridge Cottage was perfect! Lovely style comfortable, clean and quiet in a great location , close too the high street and the many shops, restaurants and bars. Just what we needed.

A beautiful cottage, which is even better than the photos show. Everything you need, clean, a lovely outdoor space and comfy beds. Children’s toys, gorgeous bath and welcome wine/crisps were an added bonus. Sue was very welcoming and no problems at check in etc. We will be returning! Thank you.
