Set far back from the road, the cabin and the grounds offer a magnificent private space for romantic getaways, family R&R, self reflection and artistic inspiration. Clad in western red cedar—with white oak millwork throughout its interior—the Timber House is our modern take on an iconic symbol of Joshua Tree's past.

Treetop Hideout · On 2.5 Acres of Private Forest

Treetop Hideout is a classic alpine chalet perched high on the ridge overlooking Idyllwild village, surrounded by panoramic views of the San Jacinto mountains. This secluded, quiet little cabin is for all forest lovers, but would be most enjoyed by folks with an adventurous spirit (see Winter Access). You will be greeted with the stillness of the woods, sunrise + sunset views from two cantilevered balconies, all while wrapped in a cozy, luxurious interior.
