This property is located near the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, located within a gated community. The home has been updated with modern finishes, creating a comfortable and stylist home. The only area for improvement would be the living area—while the space is lovely, it could use a more furniture to accommodate 4 people. Overall, I highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the area.

Emily's home was clean, modern, and comfortable. Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay here. It had the perfect number of beds that we needed, and they were comfortable too. It's always hard to find a place to stay for a family of 5 without someone forced to sleep on an uncomfortable sofa bed. The 4th bedroom was the perfect room for our kids to play their video games on a large comfy couch. The house was also well stocked with cleaning supplies and essentials, which I appreciate, as I would carry my own cleaning supplies when traveling. The location was perfect for our golfing family. Emily was very responsive. Thank you Emily! Hope to be back again!

Stayed at Beverlys place for 3 nights. We have rented many homes inside the PGA West Signature neighborhood . This is by far our favorite. The house is beautiful and looks like all the pictures. This place is very clean and organized. The backyard and pool are fantastic. Plenty of towels, dishes, etc... Beverly was excellent in communicating with us. Everything was perfect. Cant wait to book again!

I stayed here with 2 other couples, 1 baby and a toddler. Everyone was impressed with the cleanliness and all the amenities that were included! We all enjoyed the nespresso machine, which saved us from making a trip to the coffee shop. We also enjoyed the games and amenities in the garage while the babies were sleeping at night. It felt like we were at a little bar ;) Another bonus was the car charging port! We would definitely stay here again!

My family and I an absolutely fantastic stay at this Airbnb! Perfect first stay for our new baby. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The space was spotless and I am already missing that master bathroom and walk in closet. The host was incredibly responsive & friendly. Check-in was seamless, and I really appreciated the clear instructions. The location was perfect — not far from restaurants in Palm Desert as well, yet quiet enough to relax at the end of the day. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be staying here again if we’re in the area. Highly recommended!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this house with our friends and a bunch of little kids! The bunk room, game room, and pool was such a hit with all the kids, and the adults had a lot of fun as well. The large, open, and well stocked kitchen was great for our large group of people, and the outdoor bar and firepit were great spots to gather. Rabia and her team were so responsive; 2 of outdoor umbrellas were damaged from the desert winds, and they had replacements at the door within 2 hours! 5 Star service at an great property; would recommend for any large group looking for a beautifully appointed house in the Coachella Valley!

I would stay at Kevin’s place time and time again! This house was amazing. Me and my family felt right at home and enjoyed every minute. A few of us wanted to extend our stay! Everything I thought to buy and bring to the house was unnecessary because Kevin had the house stocked already. Will definitely book again!

We had a wonderful stay. Extremely quiet, clean, and feels private despite being attached to other units. Hosts were very responsive and detailed with instructions. There were so many amenities and extras that it truly felt like home. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Jerry and Craig have a wonderful, beautiful, and quiet place. As someone born and raised in Palm Springs, it was absolutely gorgeous getting to wake up to the view especially with such an inviting pool and backyard. It reminded me of when I was little. There’s a bunch of walkable places such as Koffi and an ice cream shop as well as clothing stores and a steakhouse. Jerry was an amazing communicator and checked in on multiple occasions to make sure we and our dogs had everything we needed. It was great to go and visit, and we are already looking by forward to our next stay!

They were so pleasant to have hosts! Very kind and prompt when communicating. And they were very understanding when it came to me needing an extra 30 minutes to checkout. The place was extremely spacious and so cute! We LOVED the kitchen and bedroom, especially. Such a nice neighborhood with plenty to do around it. Definitely booking again!

The place was easy to find and getting inside the condo was a breeze. Billy and Shea's communication/instructions were great. Had an enjoyable time with my family. Would definitely recommend! 😀

SUCH a beautiful space! The Airbnb was absolutely lovely, big spacious place, with great kitchen, living room, bedrooms, and bathrooms! My daughter and I had an amazing girls trip. The pool was right in front of our stay but everything still felt very private. The resort was absolutely beautiful! so well maintained, walkable, beautiful Spanish style archways, citrus trees, and fountains. It's really close by downtown and grocery stores. I absolutely recommend this place!
