Above and beyond ⭐️ Khang is a great host, very responsive, flexible, and helped me with questions I had during my stay. I was even sick my last day, and he allowed me to have a later check in so I could rest. 🙏 As a solo female traveler, I felt reassured having him as a host. The Airbnb is beautiful and matches the photos. The balcony was peaceful and a great view. The bed was comfortable and the couch was too!! I would highly recommend! 🙏

Beautiful building and apartment. Nhung is an outstanding hostess. We rented for our son who was studying abroad in Hanoi and Nhung was so kind to pick him up at the airport upon arrival and bring him to the apartment. She took great care of our son and was extremely responsive to any questions we had.

The apartment building is highly regarded and conveniently located near the highway. While the property includes a swimming pool, as noted, there is an additional fee to use it. I mistakenly assumed it was managed by the same agency, but clearer communication on this point would have been helpful. Otherwise, I found the property to be excellent and beautifully maintained. The host was responsive and provided prompt assistance.

We had a wonderful stay at De le Roi in Hanoi! Chloe, our host, was incredibly supportive and attentive to all our needs throughout our visit. Her Airbnb was beautifully and tastefully decorated, making us feel right at home the moment we arrived. The apartment was fully equipped with all the amenities we could possibly need, which made our stay extremely comfortable. The location couldn’t have been better — right in the heart of the city, surrounded by great restaurants, shops, and everything we needed within walking distance. The host went above and beyond—when my baggage was lost at the airport, Mr. Toan immediately stepped in to help, offering support and guidance despite the late hour. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and he even arranged a taxi from the airport for me, making everything as smooth and stress-free as possible given the circumstances. If you’re looking for a hotel-like experience with a unique twist, this place is perfect. The panoramic views of Hanoi from the large windows are absolutely stunning, and the cold A/C was a welcome comfort after a day of exploring. I felt completely safe during my stay, and the environment was peaceful and secure. Although it’s located in the tourist area, it still felt quiet and private — a great balance of convenience and calm. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a beautiful, comfortable, and well-located stay in Hanoi.

This was a beautiful and comfortable place to stay in as a long term guest in Hanoi! I stayed here for about 5 weeks, and would definitely recommend this Airbnb for people who are going to be staying in Hanoi for a long period of time. Linh and her colleagues were responsive and took care of any questions or issues I had. They also provide free weekly cleaning services for long term guests! Nearby, there is a mall with a supermarket, many other shops and a gym that is a five minute walk away.
