Nice big private room for a deal that is one of the best I could find on different services. Binh is a polite host that responds quickly and is always ready to help. Lots of stuff around, including a mega mart. Further to the south and west there's a park, not too far. A shared bathroom was just a step away and almost always free to use. Of course this is a bit bare bones. A second floor room had a big bed without a mattress, an old table, no chair though but I asked for one and got it in a moment. A fan that I didn't need. Some hooks, hangers and a cord for hanging. An AC that is perfectly capable, but is a bit wonky, so it needs extra instructions to find the right condition, lol. Maybe choose the droplet mode, dynamic vertical air flow and adjust temperature from there. Also there's a massive, detailed work of art hanging on the wall, supported by bolts. A balcony with potted plants and wooden doors which didn't at all block the sound from the road which is very loud. The karaoke cafe at the first floor is tame in comparison. Maybe I came when construction work was going on, idk. My sleep schedule was good. I assume it's common practice for travelers to bring earplugs. Or for city dwellers in general. Wifi was just good enough with some hiccups. I had my own solution to that. Overall, this was really fitting for my needs. I know that this review may seem a bit negative, but seriously finding a deal better than this takes time.
