Gabriel's place was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. It's away from the hustle and bustle, so it's peaceful and quiet, but is only a short walk from many restaurants and bars (quite good ones at that). And the value for the price of this AirBnB is fantastic. Gabriel and team were friendly, responsive, and helpful, and the entire stay was hassle-free. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to stay within arms reach of the excitement in District 1, but just far enough to be outside of noise and traffic. If you're staying more than a few days, you'll really learn to appreciate it even more.

Although it was a bit loud due to the area the airbnb was located in, it was still a very nice and roomy airbnb. For the most part everything was clean, I just think the floor in the living room needed some vacuuming! There were a lot of helpful amenities like a washer, hair dryer, iron, etc. The host was also very responsive and helpful when the bathroom sink handle didn’t work and fixed it right away. Overall a very nice stay!

Thao and Gabriel’s place was amazing and their communication was next to none. They provided a seamless check-in experience along with providing local recommendations on their host profile. I stayed in HCM for a month and needed a comfortable place to call home—and this apartment was just what I was looking for! It’s clean, safe, and in a fantastic location. You’ll find a street right next to the building where local vendors sell fresh fruits and vegetables daily, which was super convenient. It’s also within walking distance of countless restaurants and activities. Bùi Viện Walking Street is just a 7-minute walk away, packed with bars and nightlife. If that’s not your vibe, there are still hundreds of amazing restaurants within a 20-minute walk in every direction. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend this place to anyone visiting HCM for a longer stay.

Great stay and wish I could have extended it, felt right at home! The flat was clean and fit the description, Luan was very proactive and helpful in dishing out great recommendations for a night out or a meal. Thanks again, I'll be back!

Our stay in Ho Chi Minh City was fantastic, thanks in large part to Kevin, Lucas, Thomas and the entire host team! They were incredibly supportive, responded promptly, and had excellent communication. The location was super convenient, and the interior design of the room was just lovely.

It’s comfortable and has everything you need to rest and recharge after a full day in the city. The location is also a big plus—many of Ho Chi Minh’s popular tourist spots are within walking distance or just a quick ride away. The neighborhood feels safe and quiet, which made our stay even more relaxing. And of course, a huge shoutout to our host—super responsive, very friendly, and always accommodating. From check-in to little tips about the area, everything was smooth and easy. Highly recommend this place for fellow travelers looking for a no-fuss, convenient, and welcoming stay in HCMC!

Clean and cozy space, Fast response from host

Lisa's place is a great place to stay when you're a first timer in Saigon. The building was very accessible from the airport, and the surrounding tourist attractions in District 1 are also near the building. Check-in was smooth and clear instructions were given. The unit was spacious, and can fit the declared room capacity. The room itself serves as a vacation home, you can opt to just stay inside the room for a quiet peaceful stay, or explore the great city. Lisa's team was also quick to respond whenever we have inquiries. Check-out was also smooth and quick. Overall, Lisa's place is a recommended place for vacation.

One of the best places we have stayed so far in Vietnam! So much space to spread out, very quiet at night time and a beautiful bathroom with a separate shower. A grocery store down the street and lots of shops for whatever else you may need!

Absolutely loved our stay at this location! The host was incredibly warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable throughout the trip. The location is fantastic in a vibrant local neighborhood right inside city center with easy access to everything transportation to great food, cafes, and major attractions in District 1. The space was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City looking for a genuine local experience and a super kind host! I stayed with three friends, and the two-bedroom apartment was feel comfortable. The space was clean and airy, so really relaxing. The building has a gym and pool 👍🏻. The host responded quickly and support from check-in to check-out. Overall, a pleasant place for a short stay with a small group.

this place was wonderful, one of the best places I've stayed at and I've done a ton of travel! it's 5 star easy but at a fraction of the price. the staff were wonderful check in eas easy and communication was fantastic, I would rather this place 6 out of 5 stars if I had the option! if you book you won't be disappointed at all

This is my second time stayed at Betty apartment. Same as previous she still so responsive and the apartment still nice as my previous stay. Will highly recommend for couple to stay for honeymoon.

Everything was very clean from bed sheets to floor. All the amenities were amazing and located close to everything. All of the ac worked and furniture was modern.

The space was perfect! Clean and comfortable. Big plus for the laundry room to wash and dry your clothes for free, it's great when you're on a long trip. Thank you!
