Gabriel's place was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. It's away from the hustle and bustle, so it's peaceful and quiet, but is only a short walk from many restaurants and bars (quite good ones at that). And the value for the price of this AirBnB is fantastic. Gabriel and team were friendly, responsive, and helpful, and the entire stay was hassle-free. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to stay within arms reach of the excitement in District 1, but just far enough to be outside of noise and traffic. If you're staying more than a few days, you'll really learn to appreciate it even more.

Although it was a bit loud due to the area the airbnb was located in, it was still a very nice and roomy airbnb. For the most part everything was clean, I just think the floor in the living room needed some vacuuming! There were a lot of helpful amenities like a washer, hair dryer, iron, etc. The host was also very responsive and helpful when the bathroom sink handle didn’t work and fixed it right away. Overall a very nice stay!

Thao and Gabriel’s place was amazing and their communication was next to none. They provided a seamless check-in experience along with providing local recommendations on their host profile. Lisa's place is a great place to stay when you're a first timer in Saigon. The building was very accessible from the airport, and the surrounding tourist attractions in District 1 are also near the building. Check-in was smooth and clear instructions were given. The unit was spacious, and can fit the declared room capacity. The room itself serves as a vacation home, you can opt to just stay inside the room for a quiet peaceful stay, or explore the great city. Lisa's team was also quick to respond whenever we have inquiries. Check-out was also smooth and quick. Overall, Lisa's place is a recommended place for vacation.

Loved our stay at this 2 bedroom apartment. Check-in was super easy and the place looked exactly like the photos. Stylish, clean, and really well set up with everything we needed. The view from the high floor was awesome, especially at night. Beds were super comfy, and the whole apartment had a cozy, modern vibe. The location was perfect right in the heart of District 1, so it was easy to get around and close to a ton of great spots. The host was super friendly and always quick to reply, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Would definitely stay here again!

这是我第一次使用Airbnb，体验非常好。 很幸运第一次使用就遇上这个可靠的房东。他非常贴心，我凌晨1:00到达胡志明，他让我提前入住。并且，去的时候，恰逢越南的重大节日-解放日，房东没有大幅涨价。 房子的位置非常好，就在范五老街旁边，出行、购物、吃饭、休闲娱乐都方便。 房子的外观比较老，但是内部装修非常温馨、简洁，应有尽有，包括冰箱、空调、厨具、各种洗漱物品等等。 房东还能提供额外的帮助，比如说介绍本地的美食、攻略等等，有问必答，回复及时。 要说缺点的话，房子临街，晚上可能有大巴停靠或车辆经过，会有一点声音，睡眠不好的人，需要注意。

Die Wohnung ist super gelegen, das Stadtzentrum ist schnell mit Bus, Grab oder auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Viele nette Restaurants und Cafés, Supermarkt Apotheke und alles was man braucht in der Nähe. Wir waren einen Monat hier und sehr zu frieden. Wohnung liegt an einer sehr kleinen ruhigen Straße, sodass man auch gut schlafen konnte. Waschmaschine und Reinigungservice vorhanden. Wir waren einen Monat hier und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Absolutely loved our stay at this location! The host was incredibly warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable throughout the trip. The location is fantastic in a vibrant local neighborhood right inside city center with easy access to everything transportation to great food, cafes, and major attractions in District 1. The space was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City looking for a genuine local experience and a super kind host! Highly recommended and worth every dollar spending for us!

房源在一座胡志明并不多见的高楼里，地段无疑是最大优势，滨城市场、范五老街、美术馆，几家著名的米其林餐厅都在步行距离内，楼下还有几家非常好的连锁咖啡店和按摩店。我去miu miu 按摩了两次，价廉物美。房间很大，一切都很方便。房东沟通都是很快回复。一楼有前台，保安非常热心愿意帮忙提重物。电梯需要刷卡到楼层，非常安全。如果非要说有什么问题，就是装修有些年头了，没有照片看起来那么新。总之，非常愉快的住宿。

I had an absolutely amazing stay here! The place was spotless — everything was incredibly clean and well-maintained. I especially loved the bathrooms and bedrooms — they were comfortable, stylish, and clearly cared for with attention to detail. I stayed with three friends, and the two-bedroom apartment was feel comfortable. The space was clean and airy, so really relaxing. The building has a gym and pool 👍🏻. The host responded quickly and support from check-in to check-out. Overall, a pleasant place for a short stay with a small group.

this place was wonderful, one of the best places I've stayed at and I've done a ton of travel! it's 5 star easy but at a fraction of the price. the staff were wonderful check in eas easy and communication was fantastic, I would rather this place 6 out of 5 stars if I had the option! if you book you won't be disappointed at all

This is my second time stayed at Betty apartment. Same as previous she still so responsive and the apartment still nice as my previous stay. Will highly recommend for couple to stay for honeymoon.

Everything was very clean from bed sheets to floor. All the amenities were amazing and located close to everything. All of the ac worked and furniture was modern.

The space was perfect! Clean and comfortable. Big plus for the laundry room to wash and dry your clothes for free, it's great when you're on a long trip. Thank you!
