Quiet self contained 1st floor apartment

Quiet : Not a through road, thick terrace walls for a good sleep. Kitchen come lounge with sofa bed and projector for entertainment. Your own bathroom. Kitchenette with convection microwave, kettle, fridge and toaster in large bedroom. ( If you may be offended by the sight of a motorbike in the hall please hesitate to book !!) This place to stay is truly one of a kind.Peaceful surroundings yet close to m4.just over a Mile and half from morriston hospital.The most amazing views walks straight out on to the mountain,hot tub outdoor seating barbecue fire pit.2 pubs near by one has cycle hire with cycle route opposite .many walks nearby.Dogs allowed upon request also stable to accommodate ponies .sleeps up to 8 people if using living room but more suited 4 children and 4 adults .Logs available for fire pit and barbecues

We are situated 3 miles from J45 of the M4 with easy access to Swansea, Gower and the Brecon Beacons. The Swansea Cycle path is on the doorstep. The town is a mile away.
