excellent location. Rolande welcomed us warmly. I chose this rental with the super host guarantee. However, I was disappointed because a rejuvenation seems necessary for the furniture (shower door, furniture at the end of their life). The cleaning is superficial and neglected in some places. For the health and safety of travelers, remember to have the 100% clogged air conditioning filter and the VMC vents cleaned. Consider changing the gas pipe that has been expired since 2011. It is impossible to use the vacuum cleaner, which was full of dust and has a foul smell. Be careful with the sheets and towels that smell of mold. A replacement of the toilet seat is urgent. These remarks are not made with malicious intent but to help you improve. Otherwise I recommend this apartment which is super well located in a beautiful area.

We had a lovely stay. Host was always prompt responding to any queries and so generous. She booked local vets for us as we don’t speak French and accepted dog food delivery in advance. She also left lovely tourist magazines to help us plan our time and demonstrated various appliances upon arrival. House was spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated and had everything we needed. The garden was secure & fully enclosed by fencing with grassy orchard and part deck, part gravel courtyard affording outside seating and long picnic bench for al fresco dining. Beaches with walking /cycling distance. Kite surfing, surfing and body boarding at nearby Sable Blanc. Best for market Pont L’Abbe, best supermarket & petrol st Super U at Plobannalec-Lesconil. Loctudy lovely to walk around and buy fresh fish and pastries. Beautiful old towns of Quimper & Locronan only 40 drive away. Beautiful coastal drives with lots of villages to stop at. Sunshine all week for our October stay. Hosts were kind & friendly

House with impeccable cleanliness. The house is very well equipped. Communication with Gwénaelle, her friend, was quick and efficient. We enjoyed breakfast on the sunny terrace!

The garden is also perfect for playing, resting and the location is exceptional, close to the beach. We had a very good stay, the house is very well located and well equipped, very nice and well maintained garden, a real plus for our 4-legged companion who enjoyed it a lot. One point could nevertheless be improved, equipping the staircase with a safety barrier for young children. Otherwise, all the equipment is available, a real plus for traveling light. A small gift on our arrival, much appreciated for a Breton appetizer 👌 Marion is very responsive and the communication is perfect. Real little corners of paradise to discover in the surroundings, without necessarily going very far. I recommend it!

A beautiful and peaceful place a few minutes from Concarneau and beautiful beaches nearby. Very attentive and available hosts. Eager for advice and stories about the region. A nice house with a pool. Everything has been thought of in the house. Personal reception with explanations. Very friendly people. Nice beaches nearby and various small towns within an hour's drive. Plenty of restaurants, supermarkets etc. within driving distance by car. For dog owners, the property is partially fenced. One part is not fenced, small wallet with plants. The swimming pool is serviced twice a week etc. We had 2 nice weeks.

This is a fantastic house! Private, quiet, well equipped and with comfortable beds. The yard is beautiful and the heated pool is a delight. There are lots of things to do. We all had a great week there.

Excellent stay in this beautiful house with perfect amenities and impeccably clean. We loved the location which allowed us to start many walking tours to beautiful scenery. 2 beaches nearby. Walking town center with bakery and supermarket. Extremely responsive and accommodating host ( especially for our arrival). Thank you Lucile for a very successful family stay. Fantastic location, amazing sea views. The weather wasn’t excellent so the indoor pool and jacuzzi were very much appreciated! The house is large and spacious with a fantastic living, kitchen and dining space.

Marine's home is a lovely, calm oasis. Beautifully renovated, tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, with a sweeping view over the town. Easy to find, access and park. Wonderful base from which to explore Quimper and the surrounding area.

Rémi is a very friendly and attentive host, who also likes to give tips. The apartment is very well equipped and furnished with a lot of love for detail. It is centrally located in Fouesnant and is very well located to explore the surroundings. An excellent boulangerie with many sweet and savory treats is less than two minutes' walk away. I can only recommend this apartment.

Nicolas' cottage is in a beautiful area. It is very well equipped and offers a cozy retreat even when the weather is not so great. The ground floor, in particular, with a very large living and dining area, is very beautifully and comfortably furnished. The kitchen is also super large and invites you to cook and linger. It is very nice that you can go directly from the kitchen and the living room to the terrace, where a large table and a brand new grill were waiting for us. The small fenced garden was perfect for our dog. The only drawback of the house: the toilet cubicle under the stairs and the small bathroom.
