Great apartment in a walkable location. Ryan and Matt have created really comfortable and clean accommodations in a lovely neighborhood. We will definitely stay there again and I am recommending to family & friends in the area.

Absolutely spotless and lovely! Loved the small touches and couldn’t as for a better location. Never even had to move our car! Even though it was rainy and pre-busy season, we had a great time and are looking forward to our visit later this summer!

It was an absolutely beautiful place. Very clean and spacious. We brought our two medium sized dogs and they had a blast outside in the fenced in area. The bedroom upstairs was very spacious. The lockbox was a little hard to get into but that was mine and my husband’s fault lol. Kourtney was very kind, responsive and patient with all of our questions and answered every single one of them. Definitely recommend and will book again when I’m in the area. Overall a wonderful place.

Alexandra was an absolute dream to work with—so kind, flexible, and genuinely accommodating to our unique situation. Traveling with a crew of kids and dogs isn’t easy, and after being turned away by other hosts, we were incredibly grateful that she welcomed us with open arms. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at ease and right at home. The house had everything we needed and more. The temperature was perfectly comfortable, and the fenced yard was a lifesaver—safe, spacious, and ideal for both our pets and children to enjoy. Every thoughtful detail made our stay smoother and more enjoyable. Even the neighbors were friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience feel even more like home. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Thank you again, Alexandra, for your generosity and hospitality—we’ll always remember it!

As advertised, and more! The views alone are worth it. But lots of little touches throughout the place makes it even more enjoyable. Hot tub at night (or coffee in the morning) is hard to beat. And Betzy was so nice abs proactive with checking and helpful info. We’ve already got it in our heads to come back next year when we come back to town!

The photos of the house do not do the home justice, which isn't typically the case when booking a home. If you love giant, historical homes this is the place for you. You will be blown away by the details in the home. It was stunning. And the view from the master bedroom bed is absolutely breathtaking. Our group of 11 adults had plenty of room to spread out and never a line for a bathroom. You are close to downtown and only about 5 minutes from what we call "Hamburger Alley". I can not wait to book this house again!! Oh, on a side note, there is a note by the front door warning about a very friendly neighborhood cat named Bearie. He was one of the highlights of the stay!

This isn't the 1st time we've stayed with Javier. We book his place for our workers from out of town and he always makes sure they feel like they're at home. He makes sure they're comfortable and have everything they need for a happy stay while in our area. We will use his place every chance we get.

Ryan responded quickly when I was having lock issues. The house was perfect for our needs. Location suited us well. The neighborhood was so quiet and we felt very safe there. I didn't use the AC so don't know how that works. The garage was nice.

Great place to stay very close to downtown Galena.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights. It's a 10 min drive from downtown Galena in a quiet wooded area with paved trails that you can take to the nearby amenities. The place was clean, quiet, and the bathtub was amazing! The gym and indoor/outdoor pool are very nice but about 1.5 miles from the condo which wasn't stated anywhere (or at least not anywhere we saw) and was a little disappointing but overall wasn't a huge deal. The restaurant is a short walk through the trails or you can drive to it. It's right next door. Also, the initial message you get after booking with the rules and asking to email them out of the app was a little daunting and not normal for Airbnb bookings. It just had a less "homey" experience that you expect from Airbnb. It made me slightly nervous but after everything I would certainly stay here again.

Great place to stay - we were in town for a wedding and this was an excellence option for us!

My husband and I definitely enjoyed our stay. 2b is very comfortable and has a homey feeling it had everything we needed including the kitchen. We would/will stay again and refer this place to family and friends. The hosts were friendly and very personable.

We had great time staying in this beautiful condo! Very peaceful and comfortable. Had everything we needed and more except usb ports. Am looking forward to returning with a few friends for a women’s getaway!

I can say that we will be back we need accommodation in Rock Island. And my sister who lives here highly recommends Stacey’s place. We loved the charm of her Condo, how it is preserved the history of the building. Thank you again for letting us stay with you. Five stars!
