Great place to stay for our family. We had a graduation in State College and easy trip back and forth. Nice place, great pizza at the shop below the loft. We had a slight issue with the heating/cooling when we arrived and Yancy was there in 10 minutes to take care of it. He was an outstanding host.

It does not give this space justice to rate it at only five stars! Incredibly clean, comfortable, and quiet. Book this, I guarantee you will not be disappointed!

We stayed at Pat’s Place for Lock Haven University Graduation. There were 7 adults. The two queen size bedrooms and pull out couch in the sunroom were perfect. We just brought an extra twin size air mattress for my son. Beds were very comfortable and it was nice that each sleeping area had its own AC unit. It was muggy so we did use them and the rooms cooled down quickly. There is no AC in the living room or kitchen but we left the door open in the sunroom to allow the unit in there to cool down the living area. The bathrooms were perfect for what we needed. It was nice that there was some toiletries there in case we forgot something. We didn’t cook any food but there were plenty of glasses and silverware for light snacks and drinks. We tripped a breaker when we ran the keurig coffee maker and the microwave at the same time. Messaged the owner and she took care of it right away. She was so kind and came out to say hello and check on us. I highly recommend this property.

We travel to Pine Creek valley each year to kayak, bike, and hike. This location at the southern end saved us some travel time, and allowed access to all the activities that we wanted. Will consider renting again! Very nice host, we spoke briefly. I am a cat lover, and he very responsibly attended to his barn cat on the property, earning respect points from me! Garage space was nice to unload kayaks, bikes, and gear, and coolers. Beautiful vista from the front. If you have young children, the neighbor's kids were extremely friendly. Definitely 5 stars!

If you are looking for a cozy and comfortable getaway, this is the place for you. It felt like a home away from home to us. This was our second stay at this house and would definitely stay here again and recommend to our friends. Zetta was very helpful and always available whenever we needed anything. The house is spotless and we'll appointed. Even our pup enjoyed her stay.

We stayed at Brett’s cabin in Moshannon for a wedding in nearby Philipsburg, and honestly… we wish we had booked more time. The place was perfect — peaceful, cozy, and just the right mix of rustic charm and modern comfort. It was the ideal home base for us, our family, and our two dogs (who were very into exploring the woods around the property). Brett was the kind of host you hope for — super friendly, welcoming, and genuinely excited to have us there. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, which made the whole weekend stress-free and way more enjoyable. One of our favorite parts of the cabin was the screened-in porch. It was the perfect spot to relax with a morning coffee or unwind at night, listening to the sounds of the forest without worrying about bugs. We spent a lot of time out there just catching up and soaking it all in. This spot is a no-brainer. Hopefully, we can return for longer one day!

This is our third stay at Chris’ place for our annual fishing trip with my two boys. As always, his place on Pine Creek does not dissapoint. It’s exactly as described which is outstanding. We absolutely loved the place and would suggest to our friends!! A blissful getaway at this time of the year. Something to be careful about, would be to watch out for bugs if you have babies crawling on floor. All amenities in place. Check out rules are easy to follow. 😊😊

We enjoyed the lodge and all the amenities! House was fully stocked with everything we needed! We enjoyed our stay and getting to explore the area!

We stayed at the farmhouse overnight after attending Lock Haven's graduate school graduation with friends and family. It was wonderful! So nice to be able to spend time together in such a lovely space. Also were able to use the fire pit for smores:) Their barn cat was very friendly and kept us company as well. We reserved one night here and then a few of us needed to stay closer to Bucknell for their graduation the next night. As we had two hosts messaging us for the stays it did give us a comparison for what to expect. It did take some time to get information initially about the property after we had paid, but after we arrived messaging was very prompt. The only other thing to note is that we aren't sure if the air conditioner was working. We adjusted the knobs, but several rooms were very warm on the second floor, and those rooms did not have fans. Otherwise, we completely fell in love with the space and would book again. Everyone there enjoyed their time. Thanks for hosting!
