The property is ideal for families. We travelled with two teenagers and a ten year old and everyone had their own space they could retreat to. Very cosy home, lovely garden area with swimming pool, large kitchen and sitting area to enjoy time together as a family. It is an ideal setting to enjoy a truly relaxing, but also private holiday where we felt at home, safe and spoilt with beautiful surroundings at the same time. It is a calm neighborhood which allows for a good nights sleep. Easy walk to the city, Gardens shopping center and parks, good coffee shop and if you want to take a longer stretch also to the V&A waterfront . Truly an amazing location for your Cape Town stay. The place airs a homely atmosphere much different from many other AirBnBs and you can sense that the owners take great care and pride of the place. Super responsive hosts, often within minutes we got the answer we needed.

Stephan's place was really amazing. Everything you needed was there. Jana, the property manager was there to let us in. She even handwrote us a postcard to welcome us, that was just that little extra that made everything really perfect. She also responded pretty quick to any message we have send her. 10/10 would recommend

The most perfect beach stay in beautiful Camps Bay - we only stayed for 4 days but wish it was longer - a perfect home away from home. Everything was beautifully designed (actually much more beautiful and spacious than the photos) and it had everything we needed as a family with 2 young kids. The beds were so comfy and it was all spotless / everything felt very new. Gorgeous and private garden to play in and just a few minutes walk from the beach! Felt incredibly safe and Keira was very helpful with tips / advice. If we come back I would happily stay here for the entire trip rather than move around!

We’ve just spent 4 weeks (4 adults 1 child and a baby) at the villa and it was the most amazing stay! The villa is in a perfect location and had absolutely everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Matthew the house manager was just the best! What a privilege to be able to stay in this very special place. It is spacious, private and absolutely beautiful. The views would be hard to beat anywhere in the world. The layout of the house is perfect and the linen and finishes all high quality. We were here in late summer and the house was the perfect beach escape. You can walk to the beach and to the Red Herring centre which has fantastic restaurants. There is so much to do in Noordhoek and Cape Town. The house might be a little cold in mid winter due to its position on the mountain and open plan nature.

Just got back from a joint 3 family (6 adults and 5 children) holiday. The house was perfect and we all had an amazing time. The housekeeper Neli was brilliant and Rene was very accommodating with requests for early and late checkouts due to the times of our flights. Location is brilliant and we had a mix of days at the house and days exploring the area. Lots of brilliant memories made! Thanks

Nothing short of stunning! The pictures certainly does not do this property justice. My wife and I with our 2 kids an had an absolutely fabulous stay. Our visitors were just in awe with the place. From the multiple seating areas and accopanying cosy fireplaces, to the lush green mini forest as a backdrop behind the warm pool, to the top of the range finishes, fully decorated kitchen, heated floors, close proximity trails and much more. A special thanks to Christopher who just knew what we needed when we needed it, although it was not expected. Everything was perfect and absolute value for money. We shall return, annually 🙂.

Lovely house and pool. Very relaxing with our whole family. Very friendly and warm welcome. Rapid response and resolution to the one small problem we had - a cold tap that didn’t work. Quiet and peaceful surroundings. Ideally situated for exploring the Cape Peninsula. And close to good shops. Also ideal for entertaining our family and friends who live nearby.

Wow. Absolutely amazing place. Stayed here for 3 nights with 5 adults and 5 children. Home is large, spacious and complete luxury. Would highly recommend if you are looking to visit Cape Town, but stay slightly outside the main city

We spent a fantastic week here with our two boys. Agree with previous reviews that the photos don’t do the place justice. Inside feels so spacious with incredible views from the master bedroom. And it’s nestled in a quiet area but close to great restaurants and of course the beautiful Nordhoek beach, which is wild and breathtaking. Joy ensured a seamless arrival and was very responsive thoughout our stay with any queries. A huge thanks to the divine Lindi who kept the house spotless. We did have a few issues with splinters around the pool decking but it in no way detracted from a wonderful stay. Would thoroughly recommend.

After an unexpected relocation from another accommodation, I was feeling quite anxious about finding something last minute. Lyneve came to the rescue and turned what could’ve been a stressful situation into a truly joyful experience. She immediately understood our circumstances and went out of her way to make us feel welcome — from helping us to drop our luggage, sharing local tips and recommending nearby events. She made us feel part of her community from the start. The house itself was absolutely perfect — clean, spacious, and set in a secure complex that gave us peace of mind. The design is incredibly thoughtful: cozy and intimate when you’re a small group, yet roomy enough to host more people comfortably. Lyneve is the kind of host that turns a house into a home away from home. I am so grateful to have found her and look forward to relying on her again whenever we return to Cape Town.

We are ten ladies who stayed 4 nights to take part in the Two Ocean’s marathon and enjoy Cape Town. The house had enough room for us all and we were very happy to be given the option of having two singles rather than King beds in some of the rooms. The views from the top balcony over the ocean are beautiful and the downstairs has a table for 10 and a great lounge area. Bonus was the coffee machine and well equipped kitchen. Having the housekeeper come every day was wonderful and he is efficient, helpful, discrete and friendly. The house is walkable down to the beach and bars and restaurants in Camps Bay. We couldn’t have had a more wonderful stay.

This was the best AirBnB in which we have stayed. We had the feeling we were staying at friends house. In fact, we consider Annick now a friend. This is what AirBnB should always be like.

I took my children and grandchildren to FH Rose for a weekend away together. The beautiful old world charm was perfectly private and expansive with good amenities. The large lounge and dining area was superb with beautiful views over Noordhoek beach. We were not wanting for anything. Jacuzzi was a bonus and enjoyed by everyone. Beautiful dinners were enjoyed around the huge dining table. Perfect for a group to rent the house in its entirety. We'll be back and I'll stay in Punjab again. Joyce was a fantastic host and was always available and online for any pre trip questions. the house was pristine and perfect on arrival. Fantastic location, easy to walk to into Camps Bay or Clifton for dinner. Quick Uber to V&A waterfront or Table Mountain. Gorgeous house in a gorgeous location. We had a wonderful week in this house with 4 adults and 4 kids. Nothing was ever too much to ask and we felt very much at home.

Our family had an unforgettable week at the Pool Villa. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel at home. Sharon is warm, welcoming and thoughtful; leaving special gifts for us and the children and even giving our son a surprise birthday cake! All of her recommendations for restaurants and activities were wonderful. The villa is beautifully furnished and well-appointed with everything we needed (travel adaptors and lots of hangers were very much appreciated!). Buitenzorg’s location is stunning, nestled in the Cape Winelands yet still close enough to Cape Town. We loved being able to walk directly onto the vineyards from the estate. The team went above and beyond; lighting fires each evening, cleaning daily, and ensuring we had everything we needed. Our kids loved the pool and hot tub, and my husband appreciated the office and gym. Thank you to Sharon and her team for making this a magical week and the perfect way to end our South African adventure - we can’t wait to return!

The villa is absolutely remarkable - the space is beautifully decorated and perfectly laid out. We thoroughly enjoyed moments on the patio as well as lounging by the fire inside, making for an overall memorable and intimate experience. Bibiana and her team are so lovely, the welcome basket was a sweet touch and their attention to detail is impeccable. They remained accessible and helpful throughout our stay, even assisting with washing and ironing at our request. We never felt more at home in an AirBnB and relished returning to the villa during the day for some much-needed R&R. I highly recommend booking with Bibiana - between her hospitality, the views, amazing location, and value for money, I can’t pinpoint the best part. the house was exactly as described and matched the pictures! The area you stay in is surrounded by mountain side and a beach which is very safe and easy to walk. there is also a few restaurants and bars 5 minutes along the road which was handy coming back after excursions and wanting to eat closer to home where the staff and locals were always very friendly and happy to recommend any excursions or areas to go! Sian was very quick to reply with any queries we had and have clear instructions for us arriving. Would highly recommend this house for groups of friends, still wanting to have their private space (as we all had our own rooms) and families with the surrounding area the way it is. We would definetly book to come back again when we return to Cape Town!!! loved every minute of staying there!!!
