The Coach House is a converted coach house and stables. Downstairs, it has a 42 square metre open-plan living space, with a well-equipped kitchen, dining and living area. There is even a small pool table. Upstairs is the bedroom with a double bed and views of Severn Estuary towards the Welsh Hills. There is a study next door with a table and full double sofa bed. The bathroom has a shower and bath. The walls are decorated with our art work including many of local places you may like to visit.

The house is located just 50m from the beach with sweeping views across the sea to the Welsh coast and Exmoor. Fairview can accommodate up to ten guests with four double plus a comfortable sofabed to the Study. Externally, there are pretty gardens with views of the sea and direct access to Pier Copse (park) and a large driveway for three cars along with a 7KW EV charger.

The early 18C cottage is a part of our home but totally self contained. It retains many of the features of the time and is full of character. The two doubles are a good size and have wardrobes and shelving. Both have tea and coffee making facilities. The property enjoys two bathrooms; each close to the each of the bedrooms. There is a large lounge with a wood burning stove, ample seating, TV/DVD player and a piano. The large kitchen has a range, microwave cooker and dishwasher.
