School House | Charlton. A unique surprise!

The annexe is a beautiful light and airy second half of the grade II listed School House. It boasts plenty of character, charm and elegance. The bedrooms are cosy but plenty of room for double beds which are dressed with "hotel" linens and attention to detail. You have full use of the tennis court and a beautiful patio with seating area. The village was once owned entirely by the local estate and has an excellent walking distance local pub. 5 minutes away you can find childrens play ground.

We are home to many pets including Barney the much loved pig, 4 beautiful dogs, sheep, goats,mini shetlands, donkeys, cats, horses, chickens and ducks. You can park up right outside the pod. Both pods DO NOT have electricity or wifi. The bathroom/ kitchenette is approximately a 100m walk away from the pod and guests are welcomed to explore the grounds and meet the animals.
