Keekle Cottage - 2 Bedrooms - Sleeps 4

NathashaRating, 5 stars2 months ago
We really enjoyed our stay at Lauren’s place. The property was super clean, well appointed and situated in a beautiful location. It served our needs perfectly including well stocked kitchen, easy parking, ideal location and stunning surrounds/nearby scenery. There’s a huge Tesco Superstore not far from the Air BnB for all your essentials. Hot water, easy to operate heating and a nifty little garden area all added to the comfort. Not to mention recliner sofas! Lauren was very responsive with clear instructions provided throughout. This property would also suit long term stays and those rotating through nearby hospitals. Note a £150 refundable deposit is to be paid after booking. Would stay again. Thanks for having us!

Can’t thank Janice enough for our home from home experience to explore the Lake District. It was exactly as it was in the pictures and more. Janice left milk, bread, butter, jams, orange juice, beers and wine and much more. It was exactly as described! Highly recommended if you’re looking to explore the Lake District Would stay again 100%

A beautiful place to stay. Stunning location. Fantastic cottage, beautifully decorated and great amenities. The huge bath and nany candals were total luxury. So peaceful to recharge my batteries. Sinead and her husband were the perfect hosts. Approachable, helpful but also left me to have my holiday. Would love to cone back and use it as a Base to e plore more of the north Lakes.

The Place, Loweswater. Utter tranquillity.

ElizabethRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had a wonderful stay at The Place. The location is breathtaking, and the house itself is perfect - every detail is beautiful and well thought-out, and Lucy had provided anything one could think of. Everything was of very high quality, from the bed linen and towels to the kitchen equipment. We were all adults, but if you have children, there are lots of toys, games, and activities, so that even on rainy days, there is plenty to do. Great walks nearby, perfect both for those who like hills and those who prefer flatter ground - Buttermere and Crummock are wonderful low ground walks, and of course the walk though Holme Woods to the Kirkstile is lovely. Thanks, Lucy and Nick!

Lovely 1 bedroom apartment in town centre location

We had a great stay at Deborah’s apartment! The location was perfect for exploring different areas of the Lake District including scafell pike. Deborah was responsive whilst we were there and provided helpful & clear check in instructions. The property is on the high street and whilst we were woken up one night by people on the high street, the entrance is round the back of the property which makes it feel more private. Thank you for a great stay!

An absolutely beautiful area with a lovely accommodation to stay in. Really makes you feel like your one with nature. Not far at all from lots of very notorious and amazing walks/ hikes, hosts are lovely people and the farm animals are lovely neighbours to wake up to! I would definitely recommend if looking to stay in the area for whatever reason and I would stay here again.

The Little Nook, Frizington

NonnyRating, 5 stars1 week ago
My family enjoyed our stay at The little Nook. We felt right at home, plenty of room for a family of 5. Clean house, good bedding and the host recommended some activities. My kids loved it and having Spar and a bakery close by meant fresh baked bread everyday.
