We had an amazing stay at this property. Communication with owners was above and beyond. We spent a long easter weekend here with 2 children and 3 adults. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was clean, welcoming, and perfectly decorated. The game rooms were a huge hit - plenty of entertainment for both kids and adults. The beds were very comfortable, and we loved that every room had its own TV - all the tvs can be controlled with the same remotes btw. One of our favorite parts was the backyard - it was absolutely awesome for hanging out with family, playing games, and Easter Egg hunts. This place was perfect for our group and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again! Highly recommend!

Great place to stay for the price!! Great house, clean, easy to check in, lots to do within a 5 min drive. Overall had a happy stay there!

Trey is an excellent host!! He is very responsive to any questions. The house is lovely, and the backyard view is wonderful!! Perfect for a small family, or a couples getaway.

We had the best time and definitely will be back. The location was perfect, both the house as far as the views go and also location to town and stores/shops. The downstairs hang out area with gaming area was definitely a hit with our kids, perfect for afternoons after we hit the beach in the morning. The calm, sleek and comfortable aesthetics of the home were ideal, and loved the bunk room. The host truly thought of everything , there wasn’t one thing we needed or missing.

The home was a very nice place to stay. The neighbors are very friendly and on a lovely street. We enjoyed the neighborhood park and fishing dock!

Valvert was great, I would definitely stay there again. Place was as described. Beautiful inside and out. Neighborhood is going through re gentrification but it felt safe, as the home was gated. Close access to major highways. I informed him that we were in town for a Metallica concert and he had the TV playing Metallica when we arrived, very nice touch 🤘🏼 Great amenities..

We absolutely loved staying at the Peacock Apartment. The place is even more beautiful than the pictures. All the reviews gushing about this place are true. The hostess was kind and understanding with our check-in, and it really was like a little Paradise in the middle of the city. The location is very easy to get to and close to a freeway. There are a lot of markets close by if you want to cook at home. We stayed in every morning and just enjoyed the gardens. There were also a lot of rocking chairs so it was so nice to just laze about. We will definitely be coming back here specifically the next time we come to Houston. Thank you so much Selia!!!

Great location and the host was extremely helpful with any items we required. The location is perfect if you want to be in Downtown Houston. Great apartment and the building has very nice ammenities. I would recommend this apartment to friends that are visiting Houston as well...

Lydia was a fantastic host. The check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow. The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. It’s located in a luxury gated complex that felt very safe, and the community was also pet-friendly, which was a huge plus for us. We had a great stay and would absolutely book again!

The place is nice. We couldn’t figure out the LED lights, but that wasn’t important. Unsure of where the dedicated workspace was, but made do with no problems.

Absolutely a gem!!!!! LOCATION!!!LOCATION!!! LOCATION!!! The Zen Den was so adorable, perfect for a couples getaway. Very well put together and the aesthetic was just fabulous. If you're looking for a quiet, clean, comfortable, relaxing, central location place. The Zen Den it is. You will not regret your stay. We truly enjoyed our stay and loved that we were less than 10min to everything. Especially a skip and hop away from one of our favorite, Gaido's restaurant. Definitely will book again. Briona was very responsive of all requests and inquiries I made throughout my stay, and was timely in helping me get better situated!

Loved the place. It was exactly as described and looked exactly like the pictures. They were kind enough to leave a bottle of wine and waters. Had no issues getting inside and the host was really responsive when I realized I had listed an old number for the Chip App. Would recommend their place to anyone visiting Houston and will definitely stay again if I am ever back in the area.

Very Peaceful & Quiet.. My Family Loved The Treehouse .. Very Organized & Clean .. Clean Bathroom, Ac/Heater Worked Great.. Tv’s Have Netflix/Paramount + , WiFi etc… It’s A Nice Lil Place To Relax .. Big Front Porch , Lots Of Natural Light Coming In From The Front Doors… Love The Barn Doors Throughout The Inside Of The House.. Definitely Returning It’s A 10/10

We have been to many Airbnb’s all over the country and this one sit out more than any we’ve ever been to. Everything is as you’ve seen the picture except it was only better. Lush greenery, beautiful flowers. The chickens added a nice touch to it as well. We absolutely loved our stay with Tanya and her husband, they were so gracious, and the breakfast they served was five star along with the mimosas. The bed was so comfortable it just swallowed you and hugged you. I just felt like I could not even wake up. It was great.. cannot wait to come back and stay. I think next time we will stay longer.

Loved our stay, very relaxing, the house had everything we needed and more. Corey and Whitney were wonderful at communicating, and answering any questions we had about the house, location was perfect for us, we could walk to or from the beach in 10 min, or less. the fenced in yard was also great for us, we loved our fur babies, being safe and able to run in the yard, we thoroughly enjoyed our 3 day stay the only problem we had was 3 days was not long enough, we plan on booking again, hopefully for a few extra days next time, thanks for making our stay great...We will be back...

absolutely loved the spot, the pond was a really nice feature, and it was super peaceful, being a country boy from Oklahoma, in Houston on business, I really didn't expect to find a place with such a peaceful country vibe in the big city, but here it is, and I highly recommend this spot for anyone who wants to escape the city and relax by the pond after work.

Very beautiful home, walkable distance to the beach. The house was stocked with plenty of toiletries and utensils. Our only complaints would be some things in the house didn’t work like wifi, outdoor lights, and two of the TVs in the kids room but overall stay was very good. We had a very good time in the hot tub and enjoying our time outside.
