Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Clay Township

Clean and comfortable! Hosts were very friendly and responsive. Plenty of space to accommodate 3 travelers, house was the same as in the pictures. Would stay again!

As soon as we booked I knew we picked the right place. Doreen was very responsive, friendly, and helpful. Her home was not only beautiful and spotless, she also took the time to add special touches (a banner, balloons, and a card) for my sister’s bachelorette party. The house had everything we needed, easy instructions posted throughout the house, comfortable beds with clean linens, and such a beautiful view and outdoor area. There was plenty of space to hangout even with a large group. All the woman raved about the place and said that they would come back again to stay there. We all loved it! Check in and check out was easy. We don’t run into a single issue. Doreen messaged a few days before with a few local things happening in the area and asked if we needed anything special before our arrival. You can tell Doreen takes pride in her home and truly wants her guests to have the most enjoyable experience.

This little gem on Lake St. Clair was an ideal location for a fishing getaway. The cottage was very clean and spacious with everything you need for a great stay. Beth was a great host and we hope to be back again soon.

The location was nice. The only thing is that the basement was way smaller than what we expected, but it was very cozy and it was overall a nice place to rent. I would not say that it wasn’t worth the price because if that was the case, I would not have rented it for the communication and comfort that I received from The host I would definitely rent this location again. It was extremely clean. I can say that.

I have the best experience of my life at the lake house. It was my birthday and it’s always the coldest month of the year but this made it the best birthday Ive ever had. Beautiful inside and we spend to much time in the hot tub that was my highlight because I’m anemic and never felt warm and the beauty of the lake and lights at night was perfect.

Very comfortable house, excellent communication, wonderful stay! The place is super clean; the kitchen is well appointed; and the location is convenient to everything in Algonac. The host does a fabulous job communicating and helping guests have a great stay. This home made for a joyous family gathering.

We were very impressed with this newly renovated home. It was spotless. A lot of thought was put into all the decor and amenities. Love that it had a washer and dryer. The kitchen had everything that we needed. If we had to make one suggestion it would be that the full glass door to the wonderful sunroom have some sort of privacy covering. All the windows had blinds and/or vertical shades except that one where anyone could look straight through the sunroom window into the house day or night. Having said that our overall experience was outstanding. We would recommend this place to others.

Loved our stay! Everything was perfectly as described and the host was responsive and gave clear instructions. The views were incredible. We hope to come back in warmer months. Favorite part was the master bathroom upstairs. Heated flooring, a super fancy bidet, a bath perfect to soak in, and a spacious shower (they even provided nice soap that I’m buying for home!)

Ray’s place was amazing! It had everything you could want for a delightful weekend. The apartment was elegantly decorated, providing a cozy atmosphere, ideal for a romantic getaway. There were many charming restaurants and bars in the area, such as Maiden Lane Wine & Cocktail Bar. Parking was convenient as well. I'm really happy we chose Ray’s place!

This was a fantastic place. It was better than the pictures. The space was very clean and had many personal touches to make you feel at home. Michael was very responsive. This is a space I would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

The location was great! There are two restaurants that are essentially next door, you can walk to either one in less than a minute. I cycled almost 60 miles to get here and didn't have a car with me, so having amenities right outside the front door was very convenient. When I needed a battery there was a liquor store across the street that had some. The space was way larger than I needed and was spotless. There were a ton of thoughtful amenities like a soda stream, a first aid kit, hairspray, lint roller, advil, hair ties, etc. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it if you're going to be in Richmond.

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit on the upper floor has a wonderful view of the St. Clair River. The unit was very clean and well kept. The bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable. Shawn was very accommodating and helpful when we booked, and communicated well. The description was accurate, Thanks.

We had a great stay at Pam’s place! The location was perfect for a relaxing weekend, right across the street from the park and the kayaks were an awesome addition! Was pretty easy to figure out how to use everything and Pam was very responsive and helpful! The place had everything we needed and was very clean. Would definitely recommend!

I wish we could had enjoy the downstairs uni more. Its quiet neighbourhood and the house was clean. I enjoyed the fire place. The house was alright. I enjoy looking out the window. The basement unit gets plenty of sun. ☀️ I love the nearby restaurants and scenery. We LOVED this area Walmart and farm shops.

It was our second time staying at Ian's place, we had a great time once again! Easy to find and in a nice and safe neighborhood. The small appartments make it easy to have privacy even when travelling as a group. Highly recommend!

Zarifa is simply the best host out there. Very responsive, attentive and polite. She truly wants your stay to be the best. I would book with her every time if I could!

I highly recommend this house. I spent a week there and found it to be very peaceful, with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. I’d also like to highlight how incredible Blessing is—attentive, kind, and always ready to help throughout my stay.

This place absolutely perfect! Zoha and Samina went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and safe. I felt like I was at home. So close to all the places like food, mall, restaurants. The most important thing I loved is the garden, so so pretty and so much work put into it, nature is my favorite so I truly appreciate it, the view from my window was so so beautiful. The place was truly amazing, everything was so easy. Hosts let check out a little later cause I started work later in the evening and that was so sweet of them. If you want private, peaceful, homey neighborhood this one’s for you. They literally have everything you need. Both Zoha and Samina are so kind and thoughtful, cannot recommend it enough. Definitely coming back!!! Thank you so such a wonderful hospitality!
