This place is excellent! Stop at home depot and buy some firewood bundles for the fire pit on your way into town! We grilled kabobs, enjoyed the hot tub, we played monopoly in the dining room, the kids roasted marshmallows and loved looking at the turtles in the lake. The pool was roomy and clean. The grill was spotless. The hot tub was FABULOUS. The bathrooms were beautifully tiled and designed. The beds were so comfortable! There is a temper pedic mattress in the master bedroom that was so nice we are going to buy one ourselves! The kitchen& laundry area were perfect. The living room sofas were larger that what I expected and were sturdy and soft. The sofa beds also had memory foam mattresses and the teenagers slept like babies. They also enjoyed playing pool in the game room. We had a great time and we will be back again! Thank you for sharing your place with our family!

My family and I truly enjoyed ourselves. Everything was as advertised and the grandkids loved the pool. The house was in a great location and close to stores, entertainment and food spots. We will definitely love to stay here again Don't hesitate, go ahead and book your next vacation why Peter!

House is nice and extremely clean. The pool is an excellent addition to an already great spot. John is very communicative and was super proactive sorting out issues with the pool cleaner. All in, we had a great stay!

Very happy with our stay here. As a Norwegian family of 6 we really felt like we where living the «american dream» in a real neighbourhood. The kids loved the pool and the garden, and we had a good base to experience the Jacksonville area.

We truly enjoyed Andrew’s place. It looked exactly like the photos. He was such a great host. Any questions or concerns we had, he would respond right away. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway, Andrew’s place is what you are looking for! The scenery was beautiful and the pool was a great bonus for the little ones! We tried fishing but didn’t catch much of anything. Hopefully better luck next time but we will definitely be back again!

Lipsys' home was beautiful! The kitchen was great to cook in with all utensils, pots, pans and plates needed with a beautiful table to sit and eat with the family. The bedrooms were great for our family size, with tvs in each room. The master bathroom shower was AMAZING and the other bathroom was great also. The family room was great to relax with ample seating. The pool and outside area was great to swim, relax and play with the kids. We absolutely loved the charcoal grill amenities so we could cook out! Beautiful home, Lipsy was very quick to answer any questions and next time we are in Jax we would LOVE to rent from her again!!

This has been our home away from home for the last 3 years and we are hoping to continue our tradition. As always Marlon's home is beautiful and he is always a phone call away. The home is located in a quiet area, very clean and well stocked. God willing we will return next year!

As always, Natalie and Mikes place is well-managed and an all-around great stay. It was a peaceful place for our crew to come back to after a long days work. They loved it. The communication is excellent, leaving nothing to guess. Worth every penny and highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Gathering Place as we were in the area for a few days for our oldest grandson's graduation from a nearby high school. The home had a nice layout, was very well decorated and had a lot of amenities included: a completely equipped kitchen, a wide variety of coffees, a full compliment of spices (although we did not cook there due to wanting to sample the local cuisine), plentiful towels for both the bathrooms and the kitchen, extra bedding, such as comforters and blankets, a washer and dryer with laundry detergent provided and even a stocked first aid kit, which I'm happy to say, wasn’t needed. It really felt like home! The four bedroom home was just the right size for the six of our out-of-town family members who stayed overnight there and the other three local family members who dropped in daily from nearby Orange Park. The large driveway and having access to the garage to park away from the searing sun were both pluses. Everything was as advertised.

This is the perfect place to get away without being isolated. Peaceful setting with great walking right out the door. Easy to get to anywhere you need to get to in Orange Park. Not far from the beaches. Loved sitting outside by the river. Such a refreshing way to start and end the day. The place is exactly as described.

We stayed here with our large family for a wedding that was nearby and had an amazing experience. The house had everything we needed, and we especially loved the dance room and pool - a fun highlight for everyone! The pool was perfect for relaxing, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. Highly recommend!

I’ve stayed here more than once, that should say something. We live in the country and wanted a country feel. Check. We wanted it quiet yet with things to do. Check. I recommend it highly.

Was a great place to stay. We had a very minor issue with the AC when we first arrived. The host responded right away and let us know how to fix the issue. The house was just as described. We would definitely stay again.

This is an older, but well maintained and still very nice second floor apartment. It was clean and comfortable and well-stocked. The gated community was quiet and staff were pleasant. Marc was a great host, very responsive. I'm not familiar with gated communities, so I didn't know what to expect, but it wasn't a hassle at all. No fees or forms or signatures or keys or logins, just tell them the apartment number, your name, and show your ID. Easy.

Ralph was a great host. very responsive and gave us great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. There is so much to do within walking distance. the park/pool across the street is a must. We loved our stay.

Samantha’s place was wonderful, we enjoyed our weekend on her lake house thoroughly. Despite the rainy weather, we took advantage of the sitting room and were still able to enjoy the view comfortably; watching the sunset on the lake was a highlight! Location was just about 40 minutes from Gainesville, and we would definitely stay here again when visiting friends in the area.

This house was so cute. Had everything we needed—nice neighborhood, close to restaurants and coffee shops. Down the road from a wedding we were attending. The hosts were great to work with and accommodated us!

Absolutely loved our stay! The private access to the lake was amazing. So friendly and made sure we had a great stay. It was my birthday when we arrived and I was welcomed with birthday balloons, which made me feel special! The lake is so pretty, clear, and full of fish. Perfect little get away for the family. Will definitely be returning.
