Waterfront holiday rentals in Clatsop County

The views from the upper level of the home are amazing! The deck includes chairs to sit and enjoy a glass of wine while watching the majestic ocean waves. The front entry has a private covering which protects from wind and rain. The inside is comfortable. Our family of four and our dog had all the room we needed. Beds were comfortable. Easy access to the beach.

First off - the views!! This spot is right on the water, so we had beautiful views of Young’s Bay and Young’s River from our bedroom and kitchen. This spot is on the opposite side of the peninsula in Astoria, so you will have to drive if you want to explore downtown Astoria. The plus side of this stay is how quiet it is, so if you want the peace and quiet this is the place! Parker’s Landing had all the amenities needed - coffee pot, stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Would definitely stay here again!

The place is a bit small. But that thought quickly goes away once you see the view. The pictures don’t do this room justice. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location and space! 10/10 would come back. Only challenge was that the Unit # was a little hard to find once it was time to check in but I found it nested in some other instructions.

Marie's place was the perfect place for a quiet weekend! The space was clean and well stocked. The kitchen specifically was very nice to make food in and had everything we needed. We'd absolutely stay here again!

This was our second stay at the unit. The complex was very quiet, unexpected for Spring Break. The first night we had upstairs neighbors who were very obnoxious. I don't remember hearing upstairs neighbors at our last visit. This unit works great for our family! Well equipped, great view and walkable when it's not raining sideways!

Sheryl and Floyd were amazing hosts! Kitchen was well supplied, linens and towels were crisp and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

What a beautiful, thoughtful home, lovingly curated by Ron and Shannon. Their kitchen and bathrooms were all generously stocked with amenities, their garage is full of games, their library is full of books. We felt entirely pampered, and it is clear that this house is very much a peaceful refuge, as well a spot to stay and enjoy yourselves! We were very comfortable with our dog and our child. We cannot recommend highly enough!

It is easy to understand why Peter and Kezha's home is a guest favorite! While the house is not new, the experience the hosts have created is luxurious. The kitchen is an experienced cook's dream, the dining space delightfully romantic, the upper level blissful to whichever couple scores it, and all of these spaces are set to stunning views of the Columbia River with its wild life and shipping lanes. The house is secluded, and yet right in the heart of any adventure one could possibly want to have in this area. My wife and I along with our two canines walked to beaches, the nature reserve, and along the sloughs. We were kept thoroughly entertained by the variety of birds visible through the windows, and enhanced by the binoculars thoughtfully provided on the various window sills. We were there for a long weekend, and each day stretched out with a perfect blend of adventure and relaxation. As my wife said, "this is our new favorite place!"

Great host-very responsive and friendly. Extremely well stocked home- had everything we could have ever needed and more. Super clean and comfortable. Home is close to seaside promenade and beaches. The river out back was pretty and we enjoyed the firepit.

We had an amazing stay—definitely a 5-star experience! Tram was such a thoughtful and responsive host, making everything smooth from start to finish. The house was in a perfect location; we loved being able to bike to downtown and explore the area so easily. One of our favorite features was the crab pots—such a fun and unexpected bonus! It made our stay feel even more local and unique. Would absolutely stay here again. Thank you, Tram, for helping make our trip so memorable!

Tammy and Neil, thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. I have never seen a rental space more equipped with essentials and care. You can tell there was so much thought for the visitor solely aesthetics, comfort and cleanliness. If you have a competitive husband (like me), you’ll get a kick out of all the games and fun things to do. There is something for just about everyone in this home. Relax while reading a book on the deck, play some guitar, grill up your favorite meals, or chill in the outdoor bathtub. The view from the deck is gorgeous. I’ll go back there in my dreams! I also have to call out the house manual and binder of recommendations/instructions. Again, super thorough and impressed by the thought that was put into that resource and the entire space. We hope to visit again!

The location of the property is amazing. The views were stunning. It was also very private, the beach was not crowded (very few people). So you basically have the beach to yourself and you are only a 5-7 minute drive from Cannon Beach. The property itself is very nice and well kept. It has absolutely everything you need. It has a ton of sleeping room and sufficient bathrooms. It feels like a luxury cottage. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful little place close to everything. Definitely will come again! Met the owner he’s very friendly and accommodating. Making sure we had everything we needed. The space has pretty much everything you need for our stay. Thank you for hosting us.

We loved our stay here. It was on the river and beautiful. We had our 9 month old twins with us and it was on the ground floor so that was very nice and convenient. I also loved how their home was pretty baby proof for us. I am not sure if they have kiddos but there wasn't a ton of things the boys could get into ground level minus cords. So we were able to put them down on the floor and crawl and play after a day of being in a stroller. It was very nice. We absolutely loved this home!

I have traveled off and on. I love this place,I can't wait to stay there again. it was so beautiful . My friends and I our just blue collar worker. So this was over the top for us. Thank you for sharing with us a experience of living and be able to relax

The condo complex has a perfect location on the beach. It has a pool and indoor entertainment center. Unit was clean and well stocked. I do feel that it’s a bit too expensive for what it has to offer. Check-in was at 4 pm , when we arrived at 6:30 pm we were told that the is not unit is not ready, housekeeping still needs 20 minutes. We were told to go to another desk to get wristbands and by the time were will be done with them and park we would be getting a call about which unit we will be in. That’s when the timeshare deceiving talk started. This was really unpleasant part. When you are on the property you constantly feel like they are y trying to get on the hook. Really did not enjoy that part.

My son and I had a great time in Seaside and this space was wonderful. Great view of the ocean, easy beach access, and a well appointed kitchen and living space. Will stay again!

Great walkable location. The view is stunning. Expect the evening sun to warm up the apartment. The thermostat in the living room is backwards! Don’t be like me and turn it on cool during a hot day, ended up warming up the whole apartment. Great kitchen amenities and the bed was very plush. Cute decor and felt like a very cozy home.

I lived in Gearhart for 25 years and came back to visit family & friends. This was a very nice place in a great location! Can’t beat the views! The furniture is a little worn down & the platform bed is kinda squeaky. But overall it was nice & clean and I really enjoyed my stay. Will definitely look into staying here again!

This home was perfect for our Mother's day trip! Close enough to the beach to get to but also away from the crowds. The back area was so beautiful to walk out to in the morning and enjoy watching the wildlife. The host was very quick to respond and helpful with my questions. Would definitely recommend this place especially if traveling with kids.
