Great location in seaside near the beach. This is a timeshare so the photos in the listing did not match the unit we stayed in.

Our host was very responsive to questions and everything was great and as described.

The condominium was fun and nicely decorated. We loved the access to the beach and ocean. There were lots of amenities at the site. We utilized the pool and hot tub as well as the washer and dryer in our place. Thank you for sharing your place, we enjoyed our stay. We really liked walking down to the cute aquarium and we also took a spin on the double surrey bikes which was a great work out. I highly recommend this place.

great stay, clean, nice having the extra sleeping space for the kids. It was a little more expensive than some of the places I considered, but I'm glad I chose this one. Convenient location, pools and hot tubs, rec room, amazing view from the patio

I highly recommend this location. Chris made sure to email me to set up my reservation before she went on a trip. I appreciated her forethought. This is a little different than other Airbnbs I stayed at because it is not a person's house, it is a timeshare. So it has more of a hotel type of feel in regards to check in/out, using the pool, etc, except the accommodations are much better than a hotel. The two bedroom set up is perfect for families. You can't get closer to the beach the this location and it has a great pool area that overlooks the beach. I will definitely be staying again.

We had a fantastic week at Chris' condo in Seaside. The condo was spacious and clean, and the front desk was able to deliver a portable crib for our little one. Chris was easy to work with and responded immediately after I sent her messages with questions in advance of the trip. The location is one of the best in Seaside - close to the beach, in the cute town, and right on the boardwalk. We enjoyed the heated swimming pool and hot tub, even when the weather was a bit chilly outside.

Perfect location in seaside. Great view from deck. Right on promenade and Broadway. Walked everywhere.

Great stay!

Had a wonderful stay! Specific highlights of the house would be the hot tub and the huge kitchen to spread out when cooking and eating with eachother. Beds were comfortable and cozy living areas as well. I was especially impressed by the quick and friendly responses of our host! Very flexible with our needs and requests. 10/10!!!

The house was fantastic and huge. We had 10 people there and never felt like we were on top of each other. Best stocked kitchen I’ve ever had at an Airbnb. The master bedroom mattress was awful. It was rock hard. More like an old futon than an actual mattress. They did say they replaced it after we left. Overall I’d stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay for our weekend in Seaside! The house was easy walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. The house was immaculate and so well appointed, that it felt like home. There wasn't a single thing that we wished we'd had. The kitchen had all appliances and cookware. It is really rare to find a place with all of the things you need to cook. There were games and workout equipment. The beds were comfortable - it fit 5 of us easily and we could have fit a few more. The back yard is fully fenced, which was great since we had our two small dogs with us. We all agreed that we will come back! We didn't get a chance to use the sauna, which looked wonderful, but we plan to next time. The host was very responsive, kind, and helpful.

Thoroughly enjoyed staying at Keith’s place. Lots of amenities included in the stay like access to spices and other commonly needed pantry items such as flour and oil. Excellent location and a very homey feeling inside the house. Thank you Keith!
