Holiday rentals with a pool in Clarksville

My husband and I stayed here with our 2 adult daughters, their husbands and 2 grandsons. The pool was our highlight. It was the perfect size-clean and private, with lots of floaties for kids and adults. We also loved the firepit. We built a fire 2 nights and roasted hot dogs and s'mores. The house itself was perfect for us. Each couple had their own bedroom with bath. The parents and kids slept upstairs in their own private area. The kitchen was well stocked. The pastoral scenery was calm, relaxing and quiet. The perfect get away!

Calvin and Allie's home is exactly as described. I took my family for a few days, and we absolutely loved our stay. The house was immaculate, and they were incredibly responsive throughout our visit. One day, we didn’t even leave the house because the kids were having so much fun in the pool! I highly recommend their home as a Nashville retreat—we would definitely stay again if our travels bring us back to the area.

Beautiful home with lots to do that included horseshoes and corn-hole. We had beautiful weather so we were able to enjoy the pool as well as hot tub and outdoor fire in the evenings. We had visiting deer, turkeys, squirrels and many birds that came out to the feeders. The host provided great info about the surrounding area. We were 2 families coming together with 10 adults and had plenty of space for us all. Truly enjoyed our stay and would look into coming again.

We loved our stay! The house was perfect for our family. They loved the game room and the porch with the amazing views of the city. The pictures don’t do it justice! Beds were comfy, lots of amenities included. House is beautiful, yard was fun. It’s usually hard to keep teens entertained but there was always something to do at the house during our down time. Even the little dipping pool was perfect to cool off. We can’t wait to stay again!

Stayed here on our way home from an east coast road trip for one night with our 5 kids. Beautiful home! Great views! Kids loved the pool, golden tee and watching a movie on the outside terrace on the third floor. This home would is ideal for couples or guys or gals weekend to Nashville but worked well for kids too.

Great home, great neighborhood and loved the backyard! It was a quick trip for us but Zack was incredibly responsive and helpful. The home was very comfortable and clean and we loved that there were restaurants we could walk to. Dog friendly was required for this visit and we appreciate it so much that our pup was welcome and had a great outdoor area. Would absolutely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay in Nashville! The location was walkable to broadway, restaurants, and some historical attractions, which made getting around convenient. Dorinda sent us an extensive list of recommendations, and the recommendations we tried out were all hits!

The apartment was a great stay! Clean and peaceful with a responsive host. We stayed two nights for back to back concerts. It was a short walk to both the Municipal Auditorium and Brooklyn Bowl. I really appreciated the designated parking spot and the great restaurants in Germantown.

Angie was very responsive in any questions I had. The location was super convenient to downtown, easily accessible via lyft/uber! The place was decorated SO perfectly for my bachlorette! I loved the rose wall, the dolly theme, AND the huge beds!

Great place on the river. We really enjoyed our stay! The only thing was it was pretty loud at night with people coming in. There is a fan to help ! Would stay here again.

Condo was very clean and just as pictured. Within walking distance of downtown hubs and activities. Probably 20 minute walk from Broadway St. Great to get your exercise, or a quick Uber ride if you need it. Brad/Shaundra very responsive. Great AC, hot water, toiletries and towels, and kitchen well stocked. The late-night train noise is real so some may not appreciate that; we always use white noise so wasn’t a big deal for us. We didn’t use it, but there is a dedicated parking spot for the unit. We enjoyed our 5-night stay!

James was such an amazing host! Very responsive, replied immediately whenever I messaged him. The place was so cute, super clean, and the pool was amazing! It was walkable distance to Broadway, only about a 15 minute walk. James was also so nice to allow us to check-out later than we initially thought. Such a great experience in Nashville I recommend it!

The location is great. Walkable to broadway. If you need places to eat they are close too. Like at the ball park or right down the street..literally go out the apartments and go right a block or two there’s places to go. Area was quiet. And the space had everything need to have successful Nashville trip.
