A beautiful house with lots of personal touches. It was very warm with an amazing fire. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Our stay was absolutely faultless! It was the most perfect place for our family. It was cosy and warm, modern and clean. Perfectly thought out with everything we needed. We felt so at home. The location was great, very quiet and so close to everything. It was just such an easy and relaxing place to stay we didn’t want to leave. And when we come back we won’t even bother looking for other accommodation as this one had it all.

Beautiful, warm, spotless property. Felt just like being at home! Check in was a breeze with very clear insturctions from Andrew. We arrived later in the eveing and walked into a warm and inviting home. Would highly reccommend this property especially for those travelling with children/teenagers.

This is a lovely house in St Arnaud, as pictured. It's surrounded by trees and peaceful, but just a short walk from the lake and village centre. The cosy fire meant it was a great spot, even when it was cold and rainy. Great communication and flexible check in in. We'll definitely book here again. 😊

Our stay with 4 adults and 2 1yr olds was great. Richard sorted out a high chair last minute and portacot was available at the house which worked well. Serene location looking out over the hills from the spacious deck and plenty of bird life. Could have done with a few more amenities such as salt and kindling/firestarters, however, the ducted heat pump did an amazing job of heating the whole house. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Thank you Chris for such a fantastic stay! Check-in was super easy, and we felt right at home the moment we arrived. The house was spotless, warm, and welcoming, with plenty of room for everyone to relax. The views of the snow-capped mountains were absolutely stunning and the location was perfect, only a short walk to town and Conical Hill. The house was well-equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Highly recommend!

Our family loved the stay, it was the perfect place for us to all come together. We did lots of cooking and eating. The views were incredible and we were close enough to walk into town. The late check out was amazing as we could finish our weekend off with a final family lunch. The house out does the photos, loads of space and we all admired the beautiful stitch work.

A really nice place to stay. Was tidy and had everything we needed. An extra nice touch was having the heat pump going for us when we arrived as it was a chilly day! The location was great, could walk everywhere very easily. Rose was a wonderful host. We’d love to come back.

By far, one of the best Airbnbs that we have stayed at (we’ve stayed at quite a few throughout Europe and Japan). Everything about this home is top-tier…..very modern and upgraded kitchen & bathroom, premier bedding and towels, comfortable and elegant furniture. All of the amenities are world class…..even the dishwasher, cutlery, and glassware are superb and ultra high quality. The exceptional espresso machine was a huge plus because my wife and I are avid coffee drinkers. The board games are a nice touch, and our 3 kids loved playing monopoly each day. The ocean view is iconic and amazing. Would definitely like to stay here again the next time we visit Kaikoura. Overall, this was a luxurious property, and the hosts were extremely nice and welcoming.

Absolutely spectacular in every way! By far the best place we’ve ever stayed in. We had dreadful weather during our stay which meant going out was not an option, but with a place like this it didn’t matter a bit. We were cosy and had everything we needed and watched the waves crash and the wild weather all day long from the amazing big windows. The views are incredible and that’s with limited visibility so can only imagine how stunning they are on a good day! Cannot recommend this place highly enough, we’d love to return one day. Thank you so much ☺️

This apartment opening out onto the beautiful Kaikoura Bay was fantastic. We awoke to a beautiful sunrise both mornings from our bedroom. The apartment was Immaculately presented with attention to detail in all aspects. It boasts quality fittings, towels, linen etc. Proximity to the local picture theater allowed me to nip next door to watch 'Tina' which I thoroughly loved. Walking distance to restraunts. Very, very good value for money.

Thank you Lynette, we really enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect spot to watch the sea and easy walking into town. The apartment was super clean and was well equipped for our stay over the Easter weekend. We would be more than happy to come and stay again.
