Entire first floor of the house which has two light and airy bedrooms, and an open plan kitchen/dining/ lounge room. Sorry no children older than 2.5 years and younger than 12 years old. Two verandahs on which to sit and relax looking out amongst the trees, sunrise and sunset, yet so close to regular buses, South Beach and Fremantle. Large area of secure parking for 4WD sized vehicle or small caravan. Also a large grassed road verge for visitor parking and your car parking if you are towing.

Welcome to Hocking - a peaceful suburb approximately 25kms north of the beautiful city of Perth. This single storey home offers you access to all amenities and plenty of sleeping space - 4 bedrooms, 3 with queen size beds and 1 with 2 single beds. Each room has built-in wardrobes. An ensuite bathroom is off the main bedroom and a full bathroom with bath and separate shower is shared by other guests.
