Superior 1 Bed Apartment (Ambulant)

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Lucinda’s place! Even though we booked last minute, Lucinda was incredibly responsive and accommodating. The house was perfect—so comfortable and homely. Very convenient for our purpose. St Aloysius Parish was only 10 min drive & 4 min drive to Taylor’s Wines. We know that check in wasn’t until 2pm but the wedding was held @ 2pm so requested if checking in a bit earlier was possible. Request granted. Welcomed by the lovely hosts. The accommodation is like a five star hotel. The linen were super clean with modern decor & furnishings. The apartment was surrounded with a beautiful garden. Breakfast was also provided. Had 3 choices of breakfast cereals, a basket full of fresh fruits, yogurt, bread, tea, coffee & juices. Would definitely stay here again & will recommend to our friends & families. Would give it a perfect score of 10/10

St Aiden's is a real find. To stay in such a historic building so loving updated was an absolute treat. The old church was a wonderful place to enjoy the peace of a restful weekend. I would also recommend it highly if you were hosting a special occasion. So much space! Phil is a friendly and generous host, always anticipating what we would make our stay more enjoyable.

Our hosts were very accommodating. We (I) had a medical problem just before we were due to stay and they very kindly allowed us to defer our booking. The house is awesome, heaps of rooms, and lots of room to spread out if you are a large group. Being pet friendly is helpful, we wouldn't have got mum to come if she couldn't bring her little dog. There is everything you need for a home away from home stay. And the free breakfast at the Cafe around the corner was absolutely amazing. We would definitely use Watervale Guesthouse again.

We loved our stay at the Manse in Auburn. What a stunning house in beautiful surroundings. The artwork, books, and furniture made it feel like we were in a well-appointed family home. The breakfast food was fabulous and unexpected. The weather was typical Clare, crisp and cool, so the open fire got a workout. The house is so well appointed and we would stay again - hopefully longer than the 2 nights we had this weekend.
