Chuanmin made check in very easy and the room had everything we needed, including a kitchenette and full sized dining table.

So easy and a great place to just get some sleep before heading into the mountains!

Great location for visiting the Olympic NP and taking the Blackball ferry to Victoria (shortest distance from the Seattle area). Chuanmin was extremely friendly, gave us lots of bottled water and the laundry room has all sorts of utensils (paper plates, forks, knives, spoons, etc.). A really nice and clean motel room, would recommend to people for a short visit in the area.

Nothing extravagant, but more than did the job for what we needed. Slept great, place was clean, and super easy to check in to. Thank you! :)

I was able to visit with the owner and he was extremely diligent in making sure our room was ready for us. I have only one reason i might not want to share how much i really liked this place and that is because any time in the future i need to stay in the area i really would love staying here! Just a great stay at a great place with all i would need close by...

We enjoyed our stay. Nothing more than a hotel room, but the price booking through Airbnb was cheaper than booking through the hotel website.

We appreciated the dog friendly accommodations. The lady who checked us in was very friendly.

Friendly people, clean room, easy in and out to stay overnight for the ferry to Victoria. We had pets and they were great about it.

This was our second stay in this room. It is very clean, quiet, and the bed is very comfortable. We had everything we needed in the kitchen for meal prep. Also enjoyed the jetted tub and the fireplace. The views from this property are amazing and the location is close enough to town to enjoy the local restaurants. Thanks for your hospitality.

My wife Melissa and I were married in Sequim, WA on March 25, 2024. For quite a time, we thought about having a honeymoon in a romantic getaway, and finally hit upon returning to Tides Inn, in Sekiu, WA. We stayed at Tides Inn for almost a week, before driving back to Sequim. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean and orderly, and we could walk to the beach. Thank you, Matt, for building Tides Inn. We loved our honeymoon, and we recommend Tides Inn to any couple looking for peace, quiet, and romance. We'll be back in 2026.

Had a great time staying here for our Thanksgiving weekend road trip. We loved being right on the water and in quiet and peaceful surroundings. My son and I loved the location and look forward to coming back next year! Matt was great and very responsive. Thanks, Matt!

Amazing views , breathtaking!

What an adventure! Big rain and windstorm went through the area before and while we were there. Power was out. Matt made sure we had battery lamps, wood for the wood stove and we were settled in for the night. The next morning he even included us in his ‘cooking breakfast for the world extravaganza,’ which was him and his coworkers cooking whatever items they could in the dark on the restaurant’s griddle for the village. Best scrambled eggs and sausage I’ve had in a long time. We WILL be back! The entire experience felt like we stayed at a longtime friend’s home. Thank you doesn’t do it justice. Oh! And the view is amazing too!

my husband and I needed a quick place to stay while we made a spontaneous detour to Olympic National Park while honeymooning in washington. while the price of the apartment could have been lower, overall, it was a wonderful stay. we especially enjoyed the private beach and the easy access. one thing I do wish it had was plates. there was silverware, drinking glasses, and a microwave but no plates- which I thought was strange. Definitely would recommene!

My husband and I enjoyed an absolutely lovely stay at Joshua's cottages. It was the perfect location from which to explore the peninsula. And given that our visit was in December, we loved having access to a fireplace and hot tub. Would definitely stay again!

We loved the Lavender Room, it was very quiet and relaxing. Darla checked in and made sure we had everything we needed. The welcome basket was great touch and having a treat for our pup was the extra mile we love to see. The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean and A/C kept us cool during an early warmup on the Olympic Peninsula. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend others who want a great place t o be based here to explore the National park to do so as well.
