Sits above the lake of Capodacqua and the pristine Tirino river. Halfway in between the towns of L'Aquila and Pescara and only half an hour from Sulmona.

The courtyard is perfect for breakfast or lunch, or just to stroll at the sun. Every comfort, including wi-fi,without losing the original feel.

With vaulted ceilings throughout, and the walls adorned with original artwork, the apartment is part of an artist repopulation initiative known as "The Fontecchio International Airport", launched in 2020 by American artist Todd Thomas Brown. The house can be used all year round because it is equipped with every comfort and can be used by couples, families or groups thanks to its large spaces. The location is strategic for visiting both the mountains and the sea, with an equal distance in both cases. There is also a small outdoor patio that can also be used for a pleasant aperitif outdoors.

Glamping Abruzzo - The Yurt

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
