omg the place is amazing but no elevator and it can be very tiring for an elderly person, someone with knee problems need to be is shape after 4 days you get used to it.

Marta's place was wonderful! It was easy to find and close to the local metro station (Alvarado or Nuevo Ministerios). Her flat was clean, had all of the amenities and was easy to get in and out. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a beautiful apartment, well decorated and in a wonderful location right next to Retiro Park. We stayed for a month and were sad to leave. It is a short walk to everything you might need, bakeries, food markets, laundry, pharmacies, shops, and, of course, this being Madrid, excellent restaurants and neighborhood bars. The metro was just a block away, and bus stops right around the corner. Gabi, is a wonderful host. Attentive to all our needs and inquiries. She and her partner not only remodeled this apartment with great detail to make it functional, but decorated it in great taste. They are architects! Thank-you, Gabi. Hope we can come back soon!

So cool!! Really. Never seen anything like this. The design is so cleverly crafted and the furnishings and appointments are thoughtfully curated. The only thing is……there isn’t any downside. None. Great location, walkable to sights, shopping, splurging!! Been to over 2 dozen vacation rentals and this is the best. And I haven’t even started about how great Pedro is.

The hosts are great we’re flexible with check in and out worked with us and our transport arrangements. There was milk and water in the fridge. Their place is in a perfect position to metro and attractions we walked to the Prado.

My parents had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The location is excellent — peaceful, charming, and full of cultural life, surrounded by artists, filmmakers, and writers. The apartment was well-equipped and spotless, and Beatrice was an exceptional host from start to finish. What stood out the most: Very clean and well-organized space Perfectly located, close to everything yet quiet and relaxing. Warm and attentive hospitality. Everything worked perfectly, and they truly felt at home Beatrice was always available, kind, and thoughtful. My parents were absolutely delighted and would love to stay here again. Thank you for making their trip such a lovely experience!

The studio is really perfect! Light, spacious and a wonderful terrace. Nearby many amenities and only a fifteen-minute walk to the center. The studio is clean, fresh and equipped with everything!

Her house was very beautiful and lovely. The location and cleanliness were perfect! We used the washing machine, and it always works fine. It was very convenient for me. 日本人の方へ こちらの宿はとても清潔でしたし、Olgaさんたちは大変親切でした。 もし滞在中の洗濯を考えていらっしゃるのであれば、洗濯機がきちんと機能するだけでなく、折りたたみ式の物干しなどもあり大変便利でした。

Excellent location. Walkable to good restaurants and bars and for sightseeing. Good communication with host. Stylish apartment with everything you needed ie washer, dishwasher, cooking utensils, etc. The apartment was super clean and private. Really enjoyed staying here and would stay again.

I would just like to give a little feedback on the kitchen equipment. There were a few basic utensils missing, such as a bowl for cereals and a tong for pasta, which would have made meal preparation a little easier. That said, I really enjoyed my stay and I will not hesitate to come back or recommend your accommodation! Best Regards

We had a very pleasant and recommended stay. Marta is a super attentive host and can be reached at all times if you need anything. The apartment is 5-10 minutes from the great Plaza España... it is very central and perfectly located, and at night there was no noise.

Nice apartment in the Chueca neighborhood. Good location for visiting Madrid and walking around central area. We enjoyed our stay.

Raquel and her team do a great job with communication and making sure you have all the information needed. The place was very cute and has all the necessities for a stay. Most importantly, it has ac and heating that can be controlled by you. It is conveniently located, walking distance to most things and is on a small street out of the hustle and bustle of the city.
