Clark was very nice and helpful all the time. The apartment is beautiful, stunning views of the city, nice neighborhood, we could walk to different places and the train and underground were very close as well. Highly recommended!! Thanks Clark for your hospitality and kindness.

This lower ground floor property is in a lovely area. There is a small local pub next door, so expect some noise but it shuts around 11pm; the pub is good. There’s everything you need for a relaxing stay in the property, and the host is very helpful and responsive.

An absolutely stunning apartment. Completely modern and clean. Lovely views. Extremely easy to make yourself at home and has everything required for a longer stay. It is even better than the photos. The area is great. 5 minutes walk from CityLink which runs every 15 minutes into central London (18-25 mins). A co-op 2 minutes walk away. A huge Sainsbury’s 10 minutes walk away. Brent Cross shopping centre is a 20 minute walk. Ellen as a host couldn’t have been lovelier or kinder and more understanding to my personal situation. We will stay here without hesitation on our next trip to London!

We loved this home! We were a party of 6 adults, my husband and I and 4 adult children. The location is ideal. The street is very pretty and quiet but just around the corner is all the amenities one would need including groceries and restaurants. The Bayswater tube station is just a few minutes walk so getting around is very convenient. Kensington Gardens is just down the street. The home is just as described and has a lovely outdoor space. The kitchen was stocked well the pots and pans and cooking utensils which was convenient for cooking in instead of eating out every night. Check in was very easy with the lock box and check out was great with very reasonable check out instructions. I would gladly recommend this place and would stay here again if the time arose.

We had an amazing stay in Balham. Nicholas was a great host who quickly responded to any questions, even the annoying touristy ones, and provided very clear instructions. The home is beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice. Spending a week in this home was a delight. It is a quick walk from Balham Station, and there are plenty of wonderful restaurants in town. We were only a 20-30 minute underground train ride from everything we wanted to see and do in London. It is absolutely a great place to stay. You will not be disappointed.

Michael was a lovely host, kept us very informed and was very helpful! such a stunning place, good distance from some very nice local pubs, restaurants, and parks!

Alma was a terrific host. Kind, consistently responsive and provided a first class instruction video 👍🏻 The flat was on a quiet peaceful street that was a two minute walk to the vibrant Upper Street. What a fantastic place stay! The instructions for check in were clear and concise. The photos matched the exact flat. Check in process was so easy as it's 30 seconds from the actual flat. Very nice touch to have tea bags, sugar and coffee in the kitchen so didn't need to buy any thing other than some milk. The location was fantastic. Tesco literally below the building and Sainsbury's very close by too. The overground is a quick 60 second walk so you can be in the city within 7 mins. So handy if you're working by Liverpool Street! The flat was exceptionally clean and the facilities were excellent. Very comfortable bed, lots of hangers available, iron, decent sofa, and even 2 electric fans to cool the flat down. Edward was also very responsive to my queries. Overall a fantastic stay and I certainly look forward to booking again. Thank you so much!

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights and we had no complaints at all. The house was clean, easy to find and is in a great location. We met the hosts at checkin and they were very friendly! Would highly recommend this place!

Lovely accommodation from both inside and out, was very tastefully decorated and had everything we needed, really felt like we were staying in a cosy home. We were looking for a hideaway for a few days and for that the place was perfect, although it’s just off the main road the street is extremely quiet. Communication from the host, Clare, was excellent, she was very helpful. Location was also excellent, short walk to Camden station which makes the rest of London easily accessible.

We had such a great stay at Sarah’s place! Super convenient to the Whitechapel tube stop to travel around the city and it was a great oasis away from the business of the city to retreat to at the end of the day. Would definitely stay again!

Family of 4 with 2 boys age 6 and 11. Perfect family home, close to train and had everything we needed. Highly recommend and can't wait to stay again in the future .

It was a great stay at Amanda's home. Her communication before arriving and during our stay was excellent. We felt very comfortable in this quiet Hammersmith neighborhood. The fireplace made an early morning yoga practice nice and cozy. A few pubs, which were very friendly, are close by for a good meal. We'll definitely book here again on a return to London. Thanks for a most welcome vacation stay.

We spent a lovely couple of days at Annie and James' house with family and couldn't have been happier. The house was perfect for the kids in terms of the bedrooms and the play areas and toys....and for us adults to just hang out. It's really spacious and well laid out and the garden was amazing. Checking-in and out was a breeze and communicating generally. We knew the area well from living nearby previoudly so for us it's the perfect location. Close enough to central London but quiet and peaceful. There's so much to do in the immediate area in terms markets, shops and restaurants but also green spaces. We absolutely loved it...so much so our 2 YO daughter had a meltdown when we had to leave....the only way we could placate her was to promise to bring her back!

The house is located in a great area - very central between Notting Hill and Little Venice. Amazing transport links with a choice of 4 nearby metro station. Just 25 mins from Heathrow and yet minutes from the centre. A converted shop - the house has super high ceilings and high end features. Great coffee machine with delicious coffee supplied and great Italian appliances like toaster and blender. Under-floor heating kept the house toasty warm. The beds and pillows are amongst the most comfortable I have ever slept on - with high thread count bedding. All the rooms are lovely and quiet and overlook the private garden. I didn’t use the garden due to being winter but looked nice. The bathrooms are sensational and the hosts provided nice quality bathroom products and loads of big fluffy towels. Access is using a code which was super easy to use - so no need for a key. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and they answered all our queries within seconds.

Absolutely love this place. The property was clean and fits the description perfectly. Location wise, it is in a very neighbourhood in Marylebone which is near to the tube station, Oxford street and Hyde park (walking distance) as well. Paul was also a very proactive and responsive host. If I am ever back in London, I would consider this place again.

Beautiful maisonette in a fantastic location in Chelsea. Walkable to brilliant coffee shops, pubs and restaurants. Roseanna’s place had everything we needed, was bright comfortable and homely. Would strongly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area

We spent a long weekend at Rachel‘s beautiful place, which looks better in real life than on the pictures. Communication with Rachel was friendly, proactive and always useful. South London becomes more and more my favorite part. It is still quiet, but there are nice restaurants in a walking distance, the city center is easy reachable via public transport. I would definitely stay in the apartment again if I get the chance.

Very nice and tidy apartment. My family of four stayed very comfortably there. Everything was clean and there were ample supplies of basic household items. Felt at home right away! Vi was very responsive to questions and was very professional throughout our stay. Overall, a wonderful experience and would love to stay there again 😊

Teresa was easy to communicate with, responsive and friendly. The apartment was bright, spacious and attractively decorated. The bed and furniture were comfortable. The kitchen and laundry had everything that you would require. The apartment had a beautiful leafy out look giving an impression of being in an English wood. Being Spring, the Blue Bells and Cherry Blossoms were in full bloom. Herbs grown on the veranda was a bonus. Wandsworth Common and Clapham Common slightly further afield made for pleasant walks. This is an absolute gem of a place and location, with views right across the Darent Valley. I only wish we could have stayed longer! The place was spotless and everything had been perfectly prepared and very well thought through (from the local hand-drawn maps right down to the vast array of toiletries on offer). I can't think of a single thing to change or improve about the place. Diana was a lovely host and provided a lot of information prior to arrival. She had also found some suggestions of activities for us tailored to our interests, which was frankly above and beyond. We were very grateful and it was clear a lot of thought had been put in prior to our arrival. I could carry on for pages but in summary, we have already recommend the place to family and friends and we be pleased to offer our recommendation here too. Thank you, Diana, for such a lovely place to stay and we hope to be back soon!
