The place was as described, with a spacious balcony offering great views. Living area was a good size. The apartment is located in a quiet building with no noise issues. The area is pleasant for walking, with a park and river views nearby. An excellent French bakery is within a 10-minute walk (it is on Rachele's suggestion list). Rachele was responsive and helpful. Overall, a good experience.

Having stayed here several times and being from rural wa its like a home away from home for me . will continue to stay here whenever im in perth

Check in was easy and Julie was always responsive. Her apartment is like a home away from home. She placed good quality furniture, utensils, crockery for her guests to use. You can feel her sincerity in giving her guests the best experience one can get. There were many little surprises around the apartment, I’ll leave future guests to find out on their own! Great location to explore Perth. easy walk to the CBD, trains and restarants, and close to Kings Park.

The house was super easy to find, nice and clean. well equipped kitchen was a massive bonus too. Rami made sure the whole check in and out was easy, definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the city 🙏🏻

Sarah and Richard were wonderful hosts and their communication with us was excellent. They provided us with several recommendations for top quality cafes, restaurants and local attractions and this was very much appreciated. We felt very welcomed and enjoyed our four day stay in this beautiful home and peaceful location. It is definitely a first class and beautiful spacious home with extremely comfortable beds. We would happily stay again if visiting in the future. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful 8-day stay at this Airbnb in Perth! The house was easy to find and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The home itself is beautifully maintained, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was definitely the stunning view from the second floor — absolutely breathtaking! The host was responsive, friendly, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We loved Linda's place. We stayed for a week while our home underwent some renovations. We walked to the grocery store, the bus and river. It was super easy to get around, and the apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed, including a very comfortable bed. Definitely recommended.

We absolutely loved our stay at Gills house. The house was central to all we had planned which made everything so easy. Traveling with a toddler can be stressful at times but staying in Gills house with our little one was very comfortable and stress free. The house has everything you need, including extra linen and towels which is always a plus for me. The star of the show had to be the spacious 2 person shower that made life so much easier with a clingy toddler. Our hosts were very responsive to all our needs and did their best to help wherever they could. Highly recommend. Hoping to come back in the future.

This little house is in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the central business district. Some nice Vietnamese, Thai and ramen restaurants are a couple of blocks away. The house is very comfortable and well furnished. We arrived in winter and had never experienced combination aircon-heating units before but are query was quickly answered as were all other questions. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

1. The place is conveniently located, about 5 minutes walk from the bus stop. The bus can go directly to the city center in about 10 minutes. 2.The room has a tourist attraction information books and public transportation route map for tourists to study in advance. 3. The room is clean and tidy, with a projector for watching TV. 4. The separate toilet is good, the washing machine can dry clothes, and there is a small Balcony for drying clothes outside the living room.

Outstanding! By far the best Airbnb I have stayed at in Perth! Everything you could possibly need. Bright and spacious - very cosy even with a 4 degree morning this morning - whisper quiet at night . Secure undercover parking - I loved it so much I didn’t want to leave ! I will definitely be back!

Highly recommended, place was private, secure and immaculate. Mike and Luka where very responsive to any of our needs especially when we asked to check out late due to flight delays. Thougherly recommended Lyrics Pad especially if you enjoy live music as the hosts also have a bar restaurant, and underground bar with live music on certain nights. Chilled vibe good people will be back again.

Had the opportunity to spend two weeks at this lovely apartment while working in Perth recently. Plenty to see and do; ate out most nights at different nearby restaurants and took advantage of the nearby river loop everyday for a run with stunning scenery!

I corresponded with co-host Rosemary. She was extremely responsive and kind. The unit was great - we felt right at home the minute we stepped in. Love her kitchen and everything else in the house - tastefully decorated and extremely functional. There were more than enough pots, plates, cutleries and blankets, towels, pillows. Every electrical item was working well. It has been an awesome stay!
