Holiday rentals with lake access in City of Parramatta Council

So good to spend a couple more nights at Rod's. I'm almost starting to think of it as my "Sydney apartment"! Seriously, it's a home-away-from-home. So centrally located for everything in and around the CBD, yet on a surprisingly quiet street, and with parking seemingly always on tap, thanks to Rod's resident parking permit! What a find! We stayed at Helen’s after a wedding at Woolwich. The room is exactly as shown on the App; the bed is comfy and the coffee good. It was perfect for us and would be a great base to explore the surrounding area. It was a short walk over the river to Hunters Hill which has lots of cafes, an IGA and a bakery. A rare find in that area.

We enjoyed our stay at this place. The place is huge for a family of 6, very comfy! Check-in was easy, comms was easy. The place is close to public transport, making it easy to go to the city. The only drawback is the access to the house from the main road, the entrance is quiet tight so driving from a busy main road is quiet challenging. But it’s minor issue, overall great experience, great place, and value for money!

This home has plenty of living space. It is well located near Sydney harbour and is easy to find. The kitchen is big, with plenty of bench space and appliances (including a large fridge and freezer), and room for two or more people to prepare meals for 6 people (or more). Our group really enjoyed our stay there.

Melissa is a wonderful host! She was really helpful and greeted me with a warm hug. ☺️ I loved her baby dog Zulu. She was so sweet! You will love to stay there if you’re a dog person and like a vintage atmosphere.

Great convenient little town house. Easy walking distance to light rail and connections to city. Nice and tidy, highly recommend

Beautiful place to stay during few days trip to Sydney, in city center about 50 minutes but still lot to do.

Zach's place was just as described in the listing. It is a very cozy and private place, and within about 12 minutes of walking distance to public transport and restaurants. I was very comfortable in his place and enjoyed my stay. Zach himself is a wonderful host. He was very responsive, flexible, and very friendly. He communicated quite frequently to help me reach his place and make me feel at home. I would love to come back and stay in his place when I visit Sydney next.

It was a great experience living in this apartment. It was super close to everything, including 2 super markets, ferries, loads of great cafes. The area was very nice, too. Super close to the Parramatta river and Olympic park. We'd love to come back again!

we stay last weekend in this place we are totally satisfied every thing is great location, public transportation, restorent caffe, shopping plaza, Woolworths, thai massage, licker store all other Allie & Andrew very cooperative person we highly recommended this property for staying we wish to visit again again

Louise's place is beautifullll - I would stay there again in a heartbeat. We had such a lovely weekend there, the house is gorgeous and homey and has everything you need. The location is just stunning! It was so peaceful, there's some beautiful walks to do (including a nice waterfall!). There's absolutely nothing I'd change about it all - if you get a chance to stay here, definitely do.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable long weekend at Macmasters Beach. The house was perfect for our family getaway. The children could roll down the small grassy hill and play games. The deck is large with a lounge area and dining area. We didn’t spend much time in the house as the outside area was perfect. There are a few seating areas all of which have views over the sea. Sunrises were beautiful. The garden is well kept. The home is well stocked with plenty of platters, crockery and pots and pans. Cafes close by. It’s a great spot to stay.

We had a beautiful weekend away at Cox’s cottage. It was so quiet and the views, especially at sunset, were unreal. It was a great escape from the city to unwind for a few days! The cottage itself is so charming and Jeremy and Annette were very responsive.

Beautiful, clean, spacious cottage - not too far from where we needed to be. Jemma was helpful and allowed a flexible check out time for us. She communicated well and was very responsive in what was a last minute booking. Thank you for having us!

We were a party of 4 adults. Louise’s place was very clean and comfortable and an easy walk to the beach. The beds, pillows and linen were comfortable. The air conditioner and fans were very much appreciated during the day - the temperature inside was perfect at night with the window open and only the ceiling fan on. The kitchen was very clean and well fitted out. A very easy and comfortable stay.

beautiful weekend away. amazing kayaking and active fishing. incredible way to switch off from city life. Will definitely return.
