We had a lovely stay everything about the house is amazing. The Beautiful park around the corner was great walking to everyday with my daughter and grand kids. Thankyou so much for being excellent hosts. Lunch at the Wellard Tavern and that was delicious too, Overall we all loved our stay and highly recommend your house and look forward to staying again:)

a last minute trip to Perth and we had the best time here! we needed to bring our dog and he got on so well with Duke, we spent alot of time in the garden together and also relaxing in the spacious and beautifully designed kitchen and living area. the bed was extremely comfy and everything was spotless. can highly recommend staying here, thank you so much Grace and Ben!

We stayed for 7 nights and had a wonderful experience! Molisy was always quick to respond whenever we had questions, which made communication easy and stress-free. The house was spacious, and the cost of the stay was very reasonable. Overall, everything was lovely — we thoroughly enjoyed our time there!

Spacious 5 bedroom 2 bathroom family house in Wellard was perfect for our group of 9 adults and 1 child. Location was great for what we needed (close to Rockingham) and also hidden from the hustle and bustle of the city. House felt secure, safe, warm and cosy. Communication with host was great
