Sarah and Richard were wonderful hosts and their communication with us was excellent. They provided us with several recommendations for top quality cafes, restaurants and local attractions and this was very much appreciated. We felt very welcomed and enjoyed our four day stay in this beautiful home and peaceful location. It is definitely a first class and beautiful spacious home with extremely comfortable beds. We would happily stay again if visiting in the future. Highly recommend.

Loved the area! H was an excellent host and very accommodating. The place is perfect for a couple or young family! Walking distance from Cafe's shops and the train line. 2 minute walk from the Woodbridge Hotel (one of my favourite pubs in Perth)

Great location, home owner was super responsive and easy to talk too. Quick walk to Bayswater train station and the Tavern.

Laura was easy to communicate with and gave clear check in details. We were on a late night flight from interstate and it was easy to check in the dark. Facilities were lovely and as described. It was comfortable and inviting and had lovely touches of a snack and wine on arrival . We have family that live close to this accommodation and I will be sure to book again for future visits. Great location, easy to get to shops and takeaways and convenient location to get around Perth. Was enough room for 5 of us as well. Highly recommend.

Great stay in a home with lots and lots of space. Lovely well kept pool and overall a very well set up. Very quiet area with no ‘very close’ neighbours. Good location near airport, CBD and Casino. Enjoyed the stay. 😃

For our limited budget, having a pet and owning a large 4wd, Tristan’s place offered great hospitality for us, with decent space for our dog, and a big open area for the car. The place had a modern rustic feel that felt like home. Tristan was also spot on with communication and taking action to make the place comfortable. We would 100% stay here again.

LOVED our stay in FLOREAT. Beautiful accomodation & well suited to big groups. We thoroughly enjoyed the multiple living areas, pool and downstairs rumpus room. Highly recommend this gorgeous house for anyone looking for accom near the beach. Hosts are awesome too.

Absolutely loved our stay! This nice house is perfectly situated in such a convenient location, with an absolutely amazing park right across the road — perfect for a relaxing walk and some outdoor time. The house itself was a great space, with a large yard where our dog could run and enjoy himself. It was clean and well-maintained, and the kitchen was fully equipped with plenty of cutlery and utensils, making meal prep a breeze. Although we didn’t use the pool due to the weather not being warm enough, it’s a fantastic option to have available. There’s plenty of parking and lots of room to move around, making everything feel comfortable and stress-free. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located stay with great outdoor options!

The place grew on us over our stay and suited our need for space and several beds for the family. We were a little disappointed in the lack of cleanliness and tidiness for example, the leaves at the front door, was messy, piled up and there was many cobwebs. There is a tree house where by no means is suitable for anyone to be using it, maybe would be safer to pull it down and I found it unusual for an Airbnb not to have full bathroom accessories such as full containers of hand wash and body wash. Most of the windows didn't shut properly. The back decking balustrade was not connected to the house and a child's high chair was placed to hide this safety issue. It was also disappointing that we had to find the cleaning products to clean the outside table as it was thick with dirt and we had to wipe over the benches and dishwasher as this was not cleaned properly. However Tamieka's Place worked well once we settled in. Maybe some TLC is needed to spruce up the place for Airbnb purposes.

Staying at many different types of accommodation throughout Australia whilst travelling for work, Maureen's home was extremely well presented and you felt at home the moment you opened the door. All of the furnishing and bedding and linen etc was of great quality and the home was very comfortable. If ever needing to stay in Perth again for more than one person or couple, this is a great option and will always consider re-booking there first. Maureen and her family are very nice and very responsive and were a delight to deal with. Thank you Maureen for such a lovely stay.

Very beautiful home with a lot of space for a small family looking for a getaway. It’s in a very safe area with the shops only around the corner which is very accessible. Andrew is a great host and responds quickly. I really enjoyed my stay here and I highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful stay at Helena's! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in smooth and hassle-free. The location was perfect — close to local attractions, shops, and restaurants. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like extra towels and a well-stocked kitchen and a welcome cake! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

We had a pleasant and comfortable stay. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed. Functional kitchen, an iron, a dryer, and a washing machine, The garage door is manual and quite old, making it a bit difficult to open. The property would benefit from some general maintenance. Filippo was a great host — communication was clear, and he was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was a good experience with room for improvement.

We stayed as a big family of 10 pax, 5 adults and 5 kids. The house was comfortable and cozy for all of us. What we loved about the house is the space and availability of an air conditioner in the living room and each room which kept us warm during the cold winter nights. However what we wished for was an additional toilet and shower in the house, so we don’t have to queue for one every morning or night. There is a second toilet outside of the house behind the kitchen, but that is a hassle to get to (and use) especially in winter. Other than that, the kids loved the huge garden and ran around everyday. Also love how thoughtful the host Trenton is, he sent over a cot for my 5 month old baby the day we checked in and a gas lighter for the kitchen stove on our second day. Thank you for hosting us!

I had a great stay with Shane and Vicky. they had great recommendations were quick to respond and the apartment was better than I expected. it was very clean, had a full kitchenette with coffee and tea and was very cosy for a rainy week in perth! Thank you for having me. I'd love to come back again.

location was ideal as we waited for renovations on our house to be completed . ample room for our dog with a nice park in walking distance . House was excellent , and for those needing to be close to the nearby hospitals , well located . The double carport was also handy with us having two cars . The property is well suited for family use . recommended
