Family-friendly holiday rentals in City of Canning

We stayed at Annabelle’s apartment as we were visiting relatives in West Leederville and it was a perfect location. There is a very handy coffee shop a few minutes walk away from the apartment for morning coffee. Subiaco is a short walk with lots of independent shops and amazing places to eat. We can highly recommend Shui, it was amazing. The train station is also a short walk with very easy access to the City and other places like Fremantle. The apartment was also perfect for our needs. It has a lovely bathroom with a lovely walk in shower. The bed was also very comfortable and the kitchen had everything that we needed. It was also handy to have the use of the washing machine and tumble drier. We would highly recommend this apartment as everything was as described and Annabelle was the perfect host as she was always very responsive to any of our questions.

Cannot fault our stay at Nicole's place. great location. comfy house. off street parking. excellent communication. We were stoked with the number of great cafes ans restaurants within walking distance. The kitchen in the house was also very well stocked with everything you could need. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Annette was a very responsive and helpful host. Her place was neat, well-stocked with amenities, and the breakfast items were a lovely touch. A peaceful and convenient location. We had a great stay and would come back.

My wife, baby and I had a wonderful stay at Upper Reach! The vineyard was lovely and the cottage was comfortable and spacey. Who also wouldn’t want a wine tasting thrown in? Would recommend to everyone, especially those who love to stay in vineyards!

Agatha is a wonderful and accommodating host . The home is close to the city, cafes and the shops are only a drive away. Easy stroll to the river. On arrival snacks, biscuits, cereal and much more provided. Milk and cold water in the fridge The bed was comfortable. Use of a washing machine and dryer also a clothes line for sunny days. Highly recommend a stay

We had a lovely stay and would recommend! The visits from the dogs each day was lovely, along with the fresh bread and eggs on arrival. Lovely space to unwind for the weekend 👍🏻

Outstanding! By far the best Airbnb I have stayed at in Perth! Everything you could possibly need. Bright and spacious - very cosy even with a 4 degree morning this morning - whisper quiet at night . Secure undercover parking - I loved it so much I didn’t want to leave ! I will definitely be back!

The house was very clean and comfortable, and the surroundings very quiet and peaceful despite being close to major roads. Tony and Carolyn were very responsive and always around when needed. It was lovely having the horses around as well. Will definitely be staying again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. the location was perfect, walking distance to Coles, cafes and beautiful parks as well as the zoo. We appreciated the cleanliness of the home. We did have some issues with ants but given other guests comments, this may be a wider strata problem, however it was easily resolved with keeping food items off the counter tops. There is on site parking for one car and the area was quiet. we visited in winter so didn't spend time outside, though I imagine it is lovely in warmer months. Linda provided us a travel cot and highchair which was greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Highly recommend everyone come Perth stay at this place. 1. Location is good , not too far to everywhere . 2. Bed so company , blanket very warm , and whole place very clean . 3. Owner won’t bother you even this bnb is behind their property . But they always reply you very fast if you need any help . 4. Hot water system and heater /aircon working very good . I’m very happy about this stay . Highly recommended!!

Lovely house, spacious, comfortable and very conducive for a relaxing stay. Great for families. Lots of room and space to hang out. The balcony sunsets were gorgeous. The location is fantastic in a quiet neighbourhood. Lots of places to explore and eat and great public transport into Perth and surrounds within walking distance. Amazing little house to get ready ahead of a wedding and for a staycation in Subiaco following the big day! Walkable distance to Rokeby road with plenty of beautiful breakfast spots and coffee only a few hundred meters away!

It was like staying in your own private art gallery and museum. A comfortable and entertaining retreat after our days exploring Perth. The enclosed courtyard provides an amazing ambience to every level. Excellent accessibility to opus stadium if you are attending events there Has every amenity provided to make your stay easy and enjoyable

Such a beautiful historic manor. The energy is wonderful in this home. The art was unrealistic. I truly loved the place. Restaurants and strong coffee were close. Easy to navigate.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this property in Bull Creek. The house was very clean, quiet, and perfectly suited for a family, with public transport and shops nearby. The kids loved the well-maintained pool, and hearing birds in the morning was a lovely touch. Filippo was very helpful and responsive in accommodating additional requests. We'd be very happy to return in the future.

Close to shops and restaurants ! Short walk to the Bell tower. The apartment was equipt with everything we needed . our trip was so special and think the apartment made helped to make lovely memories this was a friends reunion Two from the uk one from Perth one from Melbourne . Evelyn the host also gave us complimentary late check out till 11am Which was much appreciated My husband booked this for us as we live in Perth . Absolutely loved our stay in Subiaco, the apartment was easy to find from the train station, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. the location is perfect for getting around the city. We were very impressed

These hosts were super friendly and offered further assistance than they needed to. Great spot and the amenities were very easy to use. TV was also very straight-forward and could get on to Netflix with no hassle. Walking distance to 2 niche bars and cafes. I highly recommend this place for a weekend trip.

Once again we had a truly wonderful stay at Mel and Lloyds home. The house was pristine clean. Everything we could ever want was provided - from beach towels to shopping bags to hairdryers and lotions and spices! The house is in the most perfect location - everything is about 10mins away bar the IGA which you can walk too. The kids loved the pool, we loved the outdoor space and we had simply the best holiday. We now consider their home our ‘Australian home’ and promise to be back as soon as possible. Thank you Mel and Lloyd.
