Holiday rentals with a patio in Citrus County

I would like to say this is our second time there in one of it's Donald's places, and they're just amazing. Nice little nook, back in the woods, very, very peaceful, very clean. The hosts are very friendly and you know, my dogs love to be there too. We had a great time positively would recommend it

What a perfect place! Lots of traffic in the area and some run down houses nearby, but if you want to kayak and be near the confluence of both rivers and have a wonderful back porch that shuts all that out right on the river, then this is not an issue. Also, the Blue Run and Withlacoochee bike trail are just a short, quiet neighborhood ride away with just a very, very short bridge crossing in traffic across from Swampy's restaurant. This place was very comfortable and extremely well stocked, including towels for the awesome community pool. We cooked almost every day and the condo had everything we needed. Was also nice to have a carport at the unit. Bruce was a great host and responded very promptly to our inquiries. (The listing says no clothes dryer but there is one in the unit.)

It was the perfect place for me to enjoy a golf trip! Clean and quiet and close to good restaurants and golf courses!

We had a great time staying here visiting family in the same neighborhood for the week of Thanksgiving. It had everything we needed in the kitchen and the beds were comfy. The screened in porch had a beautiful, private-feeling view of the golf course. We would definitely stay here again when we visit our family again! Great value!

Terrific spot right on the river, around the corner from the kayak shop so you can paddle over and catch a shuttle up to the KP hole, paddle back down and end at the dock right by your unit. Fantastic time, the place was clean comfortable and well kept. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a riverfront view and easy paddling access, very nice spot. A little tip turn the air down a few hours before you go to sleep the top floor takes a little bit to cool down. Thanks Matt for our stay in your beautiful spot.

We had an amazing time here. We loved the fact that we got the both of both worlds. It's situated both within a wooded area and near a body of water. The house was very clean. Everything we needed was available and labeled. We love being able to dock our boat. The kids also enjoyed fishing off the dock. The hosts were amazing provided local places to dine and even recommended fishing spots. We loved it here and will definitely book again. Thank you John and Ian for providing this amazing place!

I got was Jacquie’s listing showed and above. I was impressed how her property is well decorated, (quality furniture) comfy and cozy. (The interior design is great) I felt home! Kitchen is incredible! Lots of space. The house has 2 doors access which facilitated us taking our 2 dogs in and out. Jacquie was very accommodating by allowing us to bring our 2 pets. We as nature lovers loved the dock across the street. The street is in a dead end and her property is very safe and peaceful, very private. I’d keep going on and on about good things of the property and the area but I think I described the most important points. We loved everything!

The house had everything supplied and more. There was a welcome basket that was sweet! The beds were very comfortable. Loved the open kitchen, dining room, livingroom. Perfect place to play games together as a family!

Beautiful house, fabulous host. This is the only air bnb that hasn’t left a laundry list of stuff to do before you leave which is nice, of course we cleaned up after ourselves but sometimes the list is extensive. Loved the backyard for our pupper, the kids room is super cute and the hot tub was fabulous after a long day of exploring the Ocala national forest & silver springs! We will definitely be back in we’re in the area.

Great location, nice neighborhood and in a safe area. The home is very well decorated and stocked with everything you may need. We are looking forward to our next visit!

Helped us out at the last minute with a great, dog friendly house that was within walking distance to the springs and a restaurant on the water. House was perfect with a Hot tub, dart board, passes to the park, ping pong and fenced yard. Very responsive and helpful with all of our needs. Highly recommend!

We love the area, we stay in the area every year around the same time and Melissa’s place was not disappointing. The pool was clean, the condo was amazingly comfortable. We had 2 grandkids with us this trip so the pullout sofa bed worked well for them. There were plenty of cooking utensils, pots and pans, and plates and bowls for the days we decided to eat in. Beautiful water front views. Lots of wild life to watch also. Would highly recommend this condo if staying in the area..

This was the first time I stayed at Geri's place and it was wonderful. Even though I was staying in a condo, the entire complex was very quiet and peaceful. Geri was very responsive and I will definitely consider staying here again when I am back in the area.

Had a great time at the condo. We felt right at home and enjoyed meeting new friends during the unofficial "happy hour". There is no shortage of things to do in the area and this was a great place to stay while visiting our daughter. We will stay here again. The only disappointing thing was that the pool temperature was very cold, but this was not any fault of the hosts themselves, the weather was unusually cold for FL during our stay. We still were able to use the pool during our stay.

We stayed 3 months at Chet and Lizys place and everything was perfect and as expected. The area was peaceful and quiet and with all kinds of nature, our morning walks were always a new adventure whether it was local or one of the many trails nearby. Lots of great restaurants in the area and beautiful scenery at most. Chet and Liz were wonderful hosts and always available for any questions.

Cleanest place ever, hands down. A spotless place. It's Florida and I never saw one bug. Everyone needs a lesson on cleaning from this host.

I had a great stay! It was exactly as advertised and I hope to stay here the next time I’m in town. The location was perfect. Within walking distance to many shops and just a short mile to the grocery store and Walmart. Tons of locally owned places for food along with chain places. My favorite thing was being so close to Rainbow Springs State Park. I went hiking a few days and it was amazing. Perfect trip!

This little place was perfect for what we were after. We wanted to be right on the water and have the ability to have a slip for our JetSki.

Very clean place. easy to find. The host was super easy to work with and communicate with. We will def be back
