Giuliano is a great host! Responds quickly, proactively and thinks along with a lot of tips. The apartment is very new, very spacious and clean. T center is walkable in 15 min, so centrally located but not in the middle of the hustle and bustle. It is wonderful to have a drink on the balcony in the evening and look out over the sea.

The apartment was super clean and in a great location. It was nice waking up to a view of the sea and walking into town. The city center was only about a 15 minute walk. It was nice to be out of the hustle and bustle of the city center. The apartment was a bit hard for us to find at first but Marina was super communicative and even sent a picture of the front door and stood outside for us to find it. Grazie mille!

great apartment to stay in Palermo. fully equiped apartment, spacious also parking lot is available. Easy access apartment is on ground floor. Alessabdro is very helpfull, give tips and recommned great atractions . I highly recommend this place

Everything was very very good.

We stayed for 3 nights and it was perfect. The apartment is lovely, comfy beds with great bathrooms. Gorgeous views from the terrace. It’s an easy walk into the old town …and lots of great restaurants. Roberto was a kind and responsive host and helped us book a driver for the day. Would absolutely recommend!

Perfect stay in the heart of Palermo! The location of the apartment is simply unbeatable - in the middle of the old town, right next to the Quattro Canti. There's really no better way to discover Palermo on foot. The self check-in worked smoothly, thanks to Leandro's clear and helpful description. He was very attentive throughout the stay and regularly inquired whether everything was in order. The apartment itself is an absolute dream – stylishly furnished and with a beautiful roof terrace that makes every evening a special experience. We felt completely comfortable and would love to come back. 100% recommendation!

Luigi’s home in Palermo has everything you need when staying in Palermo. Whether it be short term or long term location is ideal to everything you’d want to see and need. Great communication and hospitality was beyond my expectations. Looking forward to staying at Luigi’s next time I visit Palermo.

We loved everything about staying at the La Veranda Sul Mare!! The house was beautiful and very well stocked kitchen was all new and had everything you needed. The private beach access was awesome. Domenico was very helpful throughout our whole stay from helping us with transportation on the way to a smooth check out at the end. The home is quite removed from Palermo central, ~30 minute drive, but perfect for a peaceful getaway while still having some stores and restaurants within walking distance. We would wholeheartedly recommend booking your holiday with domenico at La Veranda Sul Mare!

We absolutely loved our time at this beautiful home. The place was so pretty and comfortable and we felt at peace the entire time we were there. Easy walk to the beach and local restaurants. We also were next door to a supermarket which was so helpful. Fully endorse and recommend this serene home. Also the hosts were so kind and helpful.

We had a great week in this lovely holiday home in Sicily! The host was extremely welcoming, helpful, and always available when we had any questions. The house was clean, spacious and fully equipped – exactly as described. There are even games and toys in the children's room. We were especially enchanted by the terrace with a beautiful view – the perfect place for morning coffee and evening dinners. The villa also has a very large garden, which is a great place for children to play, but also to relax for adults among palm trees and beautiful plants. The villa also has a private parking lot that comfortably accommodates two cars. The location is great – 15 minutes from Palermo airport, quiet neighborhood, but at the same time close to the beach, shops and tourist attractions. This place is a real gem, and we'd love to come back next time. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and authentic atmosphere of Sicily! Thank you! :)

This was by far one of my favorite places i have stayed! The home itself was so much better than the photos but even more was the unbelievable hospitality that we experienced from Maria Francesca and Gaetano. BRAVO to these hosts!! Even though we arrived late they met us and welcomed us in, explaining everything. They came to say goodbye also and were only message away for whatever need we had. If you are ever in Palermo this place is a MUST!! THANK YOU

The appartment was great, modern style furniture and clean. Nice view on the sea, waking up with sunrise. The only little tricky part was the steep street entrance. All in all, I can recommend this place!

This villa was exactly how we had envisioned. We fell in love with everything! The view, beach, terrasse and Scopello (little town 20 min. walk) was a great surprise. End June we found a soft partyvibe in Scopello with winetasting from the area and a band. Amazing restaurants and few tourists. We will be back Nathalie😍

We had a wonderful time here and cannot wait to come back! The hosts are just the best and amazing. We would 100% recommend this villa!!! The pool, the garden, take it all in! The host also sent us recommendations as we wanted to check out locations that locals would recommend. The host even went step further in securing us a ride into town when we needed it as we could not secure a taxi at the last minute. This level of helpfulness is really thoughtful and we could not have appreciated it more!!!! Thank you so so much!!! We already miss the villa!

Jennifer and Kim were proactive before our arrival, giving us clear directions on where we could meet, then guiding us to parking and helping us with our luggage to the apartment (this is a hillside ancient town, lots of narrow alleys and a multitude of stairs). They kept in contact though-out our visit, even picking up recyclables and trash when needed. The apartment had most essentials in stock that we were free to use. The spacious downstairs bedroom with its own bath & a desk gave us parents privacy from the adult children,, and both bedrooms had balconies with hillside views. The terrace on the roof had a large sitting area and a separate table with a cloth sunscreen overhead, which proved to be a wonderful place to hang out in both morning and evening. Jennifer arranged for a chef and his mate to provide a home cooked meal with wine, served on the rooftop, a highlight of our stay. If you want to stay out of the way near Palermo, this is definitely a place to stay.

A wonderful host in Sicily!!!! Our stay at the apartment was just fantastic. Nino and his wife are incredibly friendly, warm and always available. Even before arrival, there was helpful information and the reception on site was very warm. The apartment was sparkling clean, tastefully furnished and equipped with everything you need - you immediately notice that the hosts put a lot of love into it. Detail. Especially nice were the local tips on restaurants and attractions in the area, which made our stay unforgettable. Grazie mille - we will be happy to come back and highly recommend this accommodation. P.S.: 5 stars are actually far too few!!!

We loved our stay at Paola’s place! Paola made us feel right at home after a long day of travel, she had left us water and biscuits and gave us some great local recommendations for the following day. The place was so cosy, clean and spacious with local guide books and anything you could need. She had left us umbrella and chairs for the beach, which was about a 30 min walk away. Super safe location, loads of delicious restaurants and a beautiful beach on your doorstep. It was delightful and we had the best time. Thank you so much Paola!!!

Guiseppe's apartment is right in the historic destrict. Many bars and restaurants, as well as attractions are easily accessible on foot. The apartment was very nice and clean and easy to find. Parking is also provided. Check-in was possible earlier and Giuseppe already welcomed us at the apartment and gave us helpful tips. At first we had problems with the warm water and Giuseppe came right by and fixed the issue. He was always quick to reach and very friendly and helpful. We were very satisfied with the stay and highly recommend the AirBnb!

Fantastic apartment in the heart of Palermo! It’s fully equipped with everything you might need for a few days in the city, and the outdoor spaces are a real highlight—perfect for relaxing. Do note that it can get a bit noisy at night, but that’s to be expected when you’re staying right in the center, with everything just a short walk away. Massimiliano and his family were incredibly welcoming and helpful—highly recommend staying here!

we had a fantastic stay . Elisa was the most responsive host I have met. She is so helpful and she is actually in my experience the only host who actually really took care of her guests. The house was well stocked with literally everything. There were bottle of wine, fruits, cakes, rice, pasta, sugar ,salt..you name it ,it was all there. The bathroom had literally everything required like toothpaste, shampoo, soap. Also she was so helpful, all the time We loved her place, it's lovely and well kept. Great location would definitely recommend

We had a lovely stay. Roberta is a host who cares about her tenants, caring and has good advice. Very spacious and very clean accommodation. good bedding and nice bathroom. secure accommodation. the apartment is on the third floor, prepare your calves , there are a few steps;-) but once upstairs you will be satisfied.
