The gardens were a wonderfully peaceful respite. It was like taking a vacation while on vacation. The room was great, as described, and even had a dehumidifier available. The property is away from the city (we were able to Uber in and out of the city without too much issue - just a delay in finding a driver one night. We loved exploring and having our morning coffee in the gardens. We didn’t meet Phil, and we weren’t able to get a gate opener for our stay, but it worked out OK with two of us (one to drive the car and the other to get out and operate the gate).

El mejor lugar que hemos visitado en SJ! El lugar estaba nítido cuando llegamos. El check in fue sencillo. Parqueo bajo techo es ideal en estas épocas :de lluvia. El lugar está equipado a la perfección. Tener 1 y 1/2 baños es súper conveniente. Definitivamente se convertirá en nuestro #1 en el Este de SJ.

Nous avons été séduits par cette magnifique maison au charme ancien. Intérieur décoré simplement et avec goût. La maison a tout le nécessaire. Notez que le parking proposé n’est pas adapté aux grosses voitures. Nous recommandons ce magnifique endroit et y retournerons certainement!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Marcelo’s place. We only stayed a couple of nights. Wishing we had more time there. The place is very nice and well furnished and decorated. Very quiet neighborhood. Lots to do in the area, including dining and shopping. We Will definitely stay again when we are back in town.

I enjoyed my stay and I look forward to coming back.

Muy bonito apartamento y excelente atención del anfitrión

It was a beautiful, private stay. It was in a local town with a lot of food options. He was open to offering us rides to nearby places and to the exit of the private residence. If you don’t want to leave the house their cooking is also good!

I have stayed here before and always come back - the apartment is perfect - fast WiFi and easy to get everywhere in the San Jose area. I use Uber while in CR and the location is perfect - Uber always available quickly. The host is always available and quick to respond to any question and recommendations… As they say - she has very positive energy and is a pleasure to work with on any request. I will be back for sure! Pura Vida

Good location and really easy and chill

The apartment was perfect for our short stay and without a vehicle everything we needed was within walking distance. The apartment felt very homely and the building has great facilities. Karil has to be one of the most helpful and responsive hosts we have dealt with and very patient with our vague plans.

Très bel appartement bien situé à côté d’un Bowling de La Poste et du tribunal Il y a un parking sécurisé et gratuit Avec des restaurants, juste en bas de l’immeuble, les parties communes sont vraiment très appréciables avec le toit terrasse et la piscine chauffée Faire attention car en semaine il y a le train qui klaxonne toutes les 10 minutes de 5h à 18h si vous voulez dormir tard, c’est pas le bon endroit.

Quiero dar las gracias a Luis por su hospitalidad, siempre estuvo atento a las dudas y respondía rápido de hecho sin que le solicitara ayuda él ya me estaba dando las instrucciones para facilitarme la llegada y claro que nos encantó el lugar. Nos recibió con un presente 👌🏻. Si regreso a Costa Rica seguro regreso al Airbnb de Luis. ¡¡Recomendado!!

Great complex with awesome amenities

Beautifully designed apartment with great amenities. Neighborhood was nice and safe. The Internet connection was fantastic. I did not experience any issues working remotely.

Quedamos encantados con el alojamiento de Norman, ubicado cerca de exclusivos restaurantes, en una de mis zonas favoritas de San José. El apartamento muy limpio y muy acogedor, nos encantó la decoración y el amplio dormitorio. Volveremos sin duda!

Beautiful apartment and beautiful views of the city especially at night. Not having AC wasn't even a problem there are plenty of fans and windows with a cool breeze coming in from being up to high.

Andres was very nice since we first met him. He was always communicating and very informative with recommended places to eat and places to visit but also avoid to be safe. Andres looked out for us and made check in super easy . Thank you for all you did andres !

The apartment is in a new modern building with multiple elevators, great parking space, great views of the city. 24 hours security, clean all around, friendly people very quiet and an attendant super host. The condo is a spacious two bedrooms apartment with television in every room. Master bedroom with walk in closet and big bathroom. Second bedroom also very nicely decorated. I will rent this place again if I return back to Costa Rica.

This place was truly a gem, really well located within walking distance from restaurants and bar, museums (nice quite area). The facilities in the building are amazing! The flat itself has a stunning view, well equipped kitchen, really clean bathroom and bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend it !
