We have hosted several times in this house and it is always a very good experience! For those who want to stay near the village and close to the good market, a quiet beach, is an excellent option. We went to a couple and a pet, who loves that garden (and the view is beautiful). Thanks and we'll be back soon!

The house is excellent, with a privileged location, clean and well organized environment. The hostess was extremely attentive and was always available to meet our needs.

Amazing experience! Marcos is an excellent host, very concerned and friendly at all times. The house is located in a very quiet sector 5 minutes walk from Playa Grande, we did not need to move by car. The rooms are very comfortable. The morning coffee with the view from the hammocks…. Not to be missed.

What a joy it was to stay in this space! The beach of Feiticeira is so close that you can consider it a backyard. Beautiful, clean and organized space. Nina was extremely receptive and helped us with everything, including the establishment indications we needed. We were also well received by the kitten Shakira, the company was great in the days we stayed there! We hope to return soon.

Our experience was wonderful! The house is even more beautiful in person, full of charm, good taste and very well decorated. You can feel the care in every detail. Everything was impeccably clean, with great quality furniture and bedding, which made the stay extremely comfortable. The yard is delightful (the dogs loved it!) and the atmosphere of the house is very pleasant. Cristina was an amazing host: always very kind, attentive and available. She gave us great tips on nearby restaurants and places where our dogs could have fun (laughs). We felt very welcome. The location is also great — quiet street, close to the beach, good restaurants and in a neighborhood that is a delight. Sure is a place to come back many times!

A true paradise, I will never forget the smell of that place as soon as I opened the door, the music that played and that breathtaking view. We had wonderful days and we got it right in the choice for our honeymoon, easy access to the beaches we like to go to, great location and easy access to the cottage, totally clean and organized, the hosts informed us everything that was necessary, the hydro massage was sensational, everything was perfect, we will definitely be back! Flavia is a sweetheart, super attentive and her son is also cute! Location exactly as described, the view from the bottom and top (bedroom) are wonderful! I went with my pet too and he was at ease, even with the company of Flávia's son, who fell in love with him. The apartment is excellent, beautiful as well as in the photos! Well complete, especially the kitchen, has a stove, oven, barbecue, water filter, etc. The reception and communication with Izinha was great, whenever we need to respond quickly. The view from the site is wonderful and the surroundings are very quiet. It is in the northern region of Ilhabela, a little further from the center, requiring a car for getting around if you want to go to the main restaurants of Ilhabela or to the beaches. I went on holiday, the island was full, so we caught slow traffic whenever we left, spending 30 to 50 minutes to go to the center or beaches of the South region. It has some beach stalls near the apartment, but the structure is inferior to the beaches of the South region. The only point of attention is the ramp for access to the house, it really is very steep, with curves. We were driving 4x4 and climbed quietly, but it could be a problem for those who have a smaller car or have some mobility difficulties.

Antonio’s place was one of the best place i have stayed so far. It’s brilliantly located and very easy to commute. Antonio is one of the very best host i have seen so far, i wish him all the very best. I hope to stay again sometime soon.

Loved this place and the beach is great. The night noise from nearby bars and from noisy neighbors on weekend required noise cancelling headphones to sleep. But otherwise awesome!!

The house has a beautiful view of the island's canal, a beautiful spacious and comfortable balcony. The space is perfect for 4 people, with a kitchen and integrated living room, which allows everyone to integrate. It must be a new place, or well maintained. Access is easy and with a good location, close to markets and restaurants. I recommend it.

Great stay and everything very clean and organized. Excellent communication with the owner. Very good beach retreat.
