Fabulous villa. Very private and very clean. Very peaceful location and easy walking distance to the port and various excellent restaurants. Highly recommend this villa.

We (2 adults + 2 small children) booked the accommodation for 11 nights. Absolutely beautiful finca, very quiet despite the road (did not bother us, although we are a bit fussy about noises). The amenities are great. Great kitchen, very clean and stylishly furnished. Pool and backyard just great. Also the location, in 3 minutes you can reach supermarkets and the beach is 5 min (Can Picafort) and about 15 min in Alcudia (fantastic beach). We can absolutely recommend the accommodation and will definitely book here again.

We liked the place very much. The house looks exactly as described in the pictures from the outside and inside. The property is well maintained and very clean. It is tastefully decorated and has excellent air conditioning. The beds are large and comfortable. The bed linen as well as the available towels in the bathroom as well as in the outdoor area are of pleasantly high quality. The loungers in the outdoor area and the beautiful large parasols are very pleasing. Fortunately, there are no plastic chairs or the like in the whole house - that alone is a quality feature. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances. We particularly liked the high-quality and stylish tableware. The property is surrounded by many well-kept trees and plants and therefore without a view - but absolutely quiet. We really enjoyed the days and would be happy to come back.

The villa was perfect for our trip - it was in a great location a short walk into town, with beautiful gardens and a pool. The villa itself was spacious and spotlessly clean with everything we needed - especially travelling with a baby. Daniel was the best host I’ve dealt with - he responded really quickly to any questions and was kind enough to wait out until after our late flight to greet us. We had a great trip and can’t wait to return!! Thanks again Daniel.

What a fabulous house in a beautiful peaceful countryside location with the most generous hosts. Justo and his lovely wife Maria could not have been kinder! From great local recommendations for beaches and restaurants to lovely gifts of hand made local cake and freshly made watermelon juice. A real delight! The house was just as described in the pictures with beautiful interiors and an amazing outdoor space, including the pool. The house is surrounded by countryside and includes the lovely donkey Bruno in the neighboring field! Our daughter loved feeding the Tortoises salad leaves and looking and the turtles in one of the little ponds. There were lots of different places to sit and get cosy and enjoy our time together. Cannot recommend enough!

The house is great, just as shown in the photos. In addition, it is fully equipped and Patrick (the contact person during the stay) is nice and attentive. The only drawback of the house is that it does not have a ford. All the neighbors in the development have paid for the ford except this house. In our case, we were unlucky that a car parked in front of the garage. Since there was no ford, the only thing the police could do was fine the vehicle, but they are not required to move the car. Because of this, we lost a whole day on the island. We believe that the host should pay for that ford just like the rest of the neighbors.

Nice big, modern spacious villa with the feel of your very own mini private resort. Is definitely not to be missed when looking for a place to stay in Mallorca. Without a doubt the cleanest Airbnb we have stayed in. Also the hosts Pedro and Cati always available if required something you do not get with larger management companies. This villa really has a home from home feeling. We will definitely be booking again in the future.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this quiet, private house. The location is beautiful – surrounded by nature, ideal for switching off and relaxing. The small pool is a real highlight, especially on warm days. The house offers more than enough space for two people, and the tasteful furnishings ensure a pleasant atmosphere. We would also like to highlight the fast and friendly handling of a short-term water problem – this was resolved immediately. A few minor things could still be improved: The plastic sun loungers were unfortunately not particularly comfortable, the grill was not cleaned on arrival, and the kitchen lacked some utensils, such as a ladle. Nevertheless, we felt very comfortable overall and especially appreciated the tranquility. We are happy to recommend the house!

The villa is absolutely worth its price! The place looks much better than in the photos. Very quiet neighborhood, 100% privacy guaranteed. Great contact with the host, every question we had was answered literally after a moment. The distance to Inca, where there are plenty of restaurants, is only 10 minutes, while tourist cities such as Palma or Alcudia are only 30 minutes away. I recommend it to anyone who wants to spend time in luxury during their stay in Mallorca.

This was the most beautiful place and I highly recommend it to everyone! We had such a fantastic family vacation together and still had room to spread out. You cannot beat the views all day and night. Marsha was always responsive, friendly and helpful! Super host!! We loved the pool and the hot tub. Spectacular beaches nearby we enjoyed cooking dinners together in the evenings! Don't miss the special destination!!

It was really great at your place. My friends were also thrilled. I know why I trust Airbnb so much, because it's where you meet hosts like you. I would give 6/5 stars if we could. It was an excellent stay from the start. Really great property, the kitchen was mega equipped, the pool and hot tub clean. We received a quick answer to every question. The contactless check-in was easy. The house was so comfortable that it was almost too bad for just 4 people.

The house was beautiful and quiet. The rooms as well as the bathrooms were very clean and nothing was missing. The kitchen has everything you need. The best part of the whole house was the pool where you can really stay the whole day. We had a great stay!

Domingo was a fantastic host. Came round to give a personal greeting and to see if there was anything that we needed to enjoy our stay. Very helpful with recommendations and how to get around.

Perfect in all aspects. Would highly recommend. A great space for the whole family but equally private if you wanted your own space. We loved the front terrace to have a drink in the evening. Walking distance to the Port and great with access for buggy’s. Loads of little play areas for the kiddies to play in along the beach. Fantastic and can’t wait to stay again :)

Nice appartment close to the beach. About 10 min walk along a paved path to nice restaurants with beachview. Also supermarket at walking distance.

Wonderful house! Great welcome with surprises and delicacies! Thank you for this, we felt welcome! Dish soap, coffee, basic amenities available, as well as towels and linens. The additionally ordered crib was also available. The wonderful pool, terrace, as well as the view over the bay is a pleasure, especially in the evening hours. The kitchen & also the barbecue on the terrace, was equipped with plenty of gas, instructions in various. Languages for everything were available. All in good, clean condition. Unfortunately - an electric roller shutter had completely disappeared in its box after operation of the switch & made terrible noises, which is why we opened the box: it was torn by a suspension. The personal welcome the next morning, absolutely warm! Existing issues with the shutter were immediately admitted, a repair announced. This did not happen during the week, which is why the box remained open. An invoice to us for this? Not OK!

Peaceful and private. Great location within a few minutes drive of port de pollenca, but felt like a real rural retreat. The outside lounge and dining space was fantastic.

We were 2 families with 3 children from 1 to 5 years old - the villa is perfect for this. Generously cut, large refrigerator and freezer, the outdoor area with patio and pool fantastic. Grill, trampoline, pool and outdoor lounge and dining area are great. 10-20 minutes by car to the well-known spots in Alcudia, but also in the immediate vicinity (but always by car) are restaurants and shopping, just no sandy beach. Communication with landlord via WA-Messenger totally friendly and fast. The villa is about 12 years old and in a well-maintained, but not new condition. You can't look too closely at the pool area, but the water is clean and a lot of fun. We will be happy to come back!

Fantastic house, very spacious and tastefully furnished. We had a fantastic time given the views, the swimming pool and the proximity to beautiful beaches and the Formentor area

We had a great stay at Daniel’s for a group cycling trip. The house had great proximity to the restaurants and stores in Port de Pollensa and access to the best cycling routes in the island. The house was large and fit us well. Great outdoor area and pool. We wish the weather was nicer, but we enjoyed a dinner or two outside on the terrace. Would definitely return again.

we just enjoyed 6 nights, family of 4. had a car so it was the perfect base to explore but supermarket was in walking distance, a nice bar and restaurants also nearby. taxi would be needed to go to the port etc. couldn't fault the house was spotless, very spacious and comfortable. very close to waterpark.

Lovely villa, would recommend. Pool is a good size and is private. Some things in the villa need a little modernisation, but everything is functional. Two decent bathrooms, 4 good size bedrooms (2 downstairs, 2 upstairs) . Nice outside area. Location is nice and quiet. Ideally, a car would be best, but is not essential. We did not have a car this time, but took taxis instead. It cost €12 to Alcudia Old Town and €15 to the Port. There is a cafe and a little shop within walking distance. Please note, it is quite a steep hill to walk back to the villa, so walking to the cafe may not be suitable for all. Overall we had a lovely holiday. We would stay here again.

We had a great time with 7 people. Especially the outdoor lighting of the house is fantastic. Juan was very accommodating and we were greeted with drinks and snacks.
