I can only recommend the accommodation, a beautiful large villa with a wonderful pool, grill and fully equipped kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked. I'd love to come back

Wonderful house! Great welcome with surprises and delicacies! Thank you for this, we felt welcome! Dish soap, coffee, basic amenities available, as well as towels and linens. The additionally ordered crib was also available. The wonderful pool, terrace, as well as the view over the bay is a pleasure, especially in the evening hours. The kitchen & also the barbecue on the terrace, was equipped with plenty of gas, instructions in various. Languages for everything were available. All in good, clean condition. Unfortunately - an electric roller shutter had completely disappeared in its box after operation of the switch & made terrible noises, which is why we opened the box: it was torn by a suspension. The personal welcome the next morning, absolutely warm! Existing issues with the shutter were immediately admitted, a repair announced. This did not happen during the week, which is why the box remained open. An invoice to us for this? Not OK!

We had a fantastic and very relaxing stay! The pool was a hit with the kids! The place was as described. We had a slight issue with a shower on the final full day and messaged the host who sorted and repaired within a couple of hours. The location is quiet and close enough to shops and restaurants to dine out; but far enough to be quiet and peaceful. It is in a hilly area, so walking to restaurants wasn’t an option for us - but this didn’t matter. We would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay in this fantastically beautiful finca! The house is very well maintained, stylishly furnished and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The large pool and barbecue area are particularly noteworthy - perfect for relaxing days and cozy evenings. The landlord was always available and immediately helped in person with questions or minor problems. The contact was very friendly and uncomplicated. We can absolutely recommend this finca and will be happy to come back!

It was really the perfect family vacation! The complex is very beautiful, spacious and designed with great attention to detail. Everything is extremely clean and you can immediately see that the entire facility is regularly and carefully maintained. We were particularly enthusiastic about the spacious garden with the large pool - ideal for children of all ages. There are numerous play options: a real highlight for our children (1, 2, 3 & 4 years old) were the slide, children's bicycles and motorcycles. The house and the kitchen were excellently equipped, everything was there for cooking and grilling. The existing washing machine was also particularly practical. Two beautiful sandy beaches are within walking distance. Landlords were very friendly and responded quickly and competently to all inquiries. It would have been helpful if detergent and a few more dishwasher tabs had been available. It was the perfect vacation! We would come back anytime! Thank you for everything!

We have just returned back from a weeks stay at the villa which was over and above what we were expecting. It was well stocked not just with equipment (kitchen etc) but also detergents and coffee tea equipment. There was two bedrooms downstairs with separate bathrooms and two bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom shared which was perfect for our family. There is Aircon in all the bedrooms apart from one. The pool space was amazing as was the outdoor seating/eating space. Everywhere was clean and tidy and really a home from home. The Villa is around 10 minutes out of Alcudia but there is a great bar/restaurant at the bottom of the hill called 5 Oceanos and a rocky beach with an amazing sunset. Would definitely return (Mallorca is very expensive only downside but nothing to do with the villa)

Quima was a fantastic host, we got in late and were greeted with a banquet of food and drinks, which was really appreciated, thanks again. The apartment itself is an amazing historic building, adorned with beautiful artworks and furnishings, with all the modern amenities you could ask for, located in the middle of old town, a short walk to restaurants and shops. Highly recommend, one of the best Air B&Bs we have been to.
