This charming fully-equipped studio (for two people) is the guarantee of a successful vacation in the Basque Country. Located between Ciboure and Socoa in a quiet and green setting, it offers maximum comfort. Ideally located, the 1st beach is 50 meters away and shops are easily accessible. This atypical accommodation offers a unique view of the bay and Fort de Socoa. And it ensures a different sunset every night. Fireworks at the window for July 14th!!!

Ideally located 300 m from the beach, train station, and 200 m from the market, very nice quiet and very bright 22 m2 studio on the 2nd and top floor (no elevator) with balcony on the courtyard side along the entire length of the apartment. It is fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, comfortable and easily fold-out sofa bed, dining bench in kitchen). Secure closed garage available 150 m away.

Great stay at Laura's apartment, extremely clean and very well exposed. The view of the port and Saint-Jean-de-Luz is just unique. There is everything you need when it comes to dishes and all amenities. Laura is a very friendly host and we had a great time. In addition, the bedding is perfect. The bathrooms are decorated with very good taste and are very clean as well as the toilet. The dining room and kitchen, have a very modern design. We recommend this property.

The apartment is in a luxury residence in a beautiful park with hydrangeas and located in a beautiful neighborhood on the heights. This allows for a beautiful unobstructed view of the mountains, and the ocean from the pool. The apartment is comfortable with all the equipment. I thought I needed a fan (not provided) but the apartment remained cool despite the 32°C outside. We were warmly welcomed by Fred, who remained available during our stay.
